  • works with T-Mobile in USA, not good for windowless rooms
A T-Mobile store representative clued me in on this phone. I recently migrated a small church's internet and phone service from Comcast Business because they had increased their prices so high that the value just wasn't there. I needed to port over the land line, and the sales rep suggested this with a T-Mobile line. The phone works pretty well, but it's likely that you won't be able to use the device in a windowless room with thick cinder block walls. Ring tones are a little obnoxious, but it served the congregation's needs. ... show more

  • Keep saying insert sim, even after trying multiple SIM cards
The media could not be loaded. This product does not seems to work as simple as it appears. Maybe mine is just defective! But I got it few days now and I just cannot figure out why it is not recognizing any of the SIM cards I enter. Insert SIM message is constantly on the display screen.

  • Good quality. Had some trouble to switch it ON though
Took me some time to figure where the ON/OFF button is. when opening the battery holder at the back, realized that there was no ON/OFF button where it was supposed to be. I started pushing all buttons on the front face of the phone and eventually found out that the ON/OFF button is the ''audio'' button. Managed to switch it ON, inserted the SIM and made calls with no issues. Good quality, very user friendly. Happy to have it. ... show more

  • Works well until signal drops.
This phone is for an elderly parent who is a technophobe. The ease of use makes it a bonus for them and it has great sound quality. We have T-Mobile and for some unknown reason it will lose its signal, the only way to get it back is to turn it off and on again ( an IT specialist saying) It’s probably our area but at least the can now talk to family members on the phones (99.9% of the time) otherwise it goes to voicemail. ... show more

  • Much to my relief it works fine.
The phone itself is really cheaply made and it came with NO documentation. I took it to Walmart and they spent over an hour trying to get ANY service to activate. Finally they sent me to T-Mobile and they got it working. Monthly charge of $20! It is for my handicapped brother-in-law who lives in a care facility and I think it will work great. Thanks, bottom line I'd buy another one if I needed it. ... show more

  • There is no cell carrier SIM card phone will work. . Don’t buy this !!!!
This phone will not work in the USA I have tried four different Sim cards including TracFone cricket total wireless and AT&T. I talked with customer service at all of those carriers and the device is not supported by any company providing cell service. I am very disappointed. It is a Chinese manufactured piece of crap. Much like all the other crap that’s sold on Amazon and created by slave labor in China. Don’t make the same mistake I did seriously. ... show more
