Works well. Not the most clear instructions. Thats why I only did 3 star for ease of use. Volume control makes no sense, as it is subject to whatever setting you have your phone on. Works as intended. Also I noted in the description before purchase they said it had an automatic fall detection and would alarm accordingly. I took out of package and was confused instantly. The directions were all over the place. Took me awhile to figure out I had to plug in to turn on, then hit button to pair, it seem to pair, but then wouldn't receive signal. Ready to give up, but tried again and it worked once, but couldn't get it to work again. I didn't even try the phone app for a couple of reasons. 1. If it won't work with basic function why install an app. 2. It says you have to uninstall app after each alert and reinstall, that just sounds like a mess, but I was willing to do it if the system worked. ... show more

The units are relatively easy installation paired and linked. Once the activated alert button triggers the pager it works fine. Good controls in the apps and shareable with other family members. There is one snag something triggers false alarms. Luckily after a month of use, false alarms sounded only in the daytime. We could not figure out the cause. Another issue is that the pulse alert button looks water-tight but is not. A shower took it out of service. I bought this device to check on my husband, who is on dialysis and has had episodes where his blood pressure crashes and requires immediate intervention sometimes he is home alone, so far the alarm has worked great we have tested it several times and every time it has worked as planned, anyone in the house can hear the alarm and fun to his aid and I get a alert notification on my phone about a couple seconds after the button was pushed I recommended this alarm for anyone that like us just needs a way to be able to get notified of any emergency with our love one and get them the help they need without the monthly fee other alarms come with. ... show more
