The media could not be loaded. So, we’ve had these callers since July 2021 and have NEVER EVERR had an issue. I’ve read other reviews where some have had issues and I’m sure they did but this was the BEST $200+ we’ve spent. We have a food truck and work at tons of local breweries and the callers allow our customers to sit down, enjoy themselves and we page them when their orders are done. Takes the pressure off us. We get so many compliments on having the callers. We added our food truck logo on the middle and it looks unique. We’ve had kids drop them and they shut off. Simply place them back on the charging cradle and it’s all back to normal. We make sure to press the orange buttons every night at shut down to turn them off. You can also shut the volume off and only have the lights and vibration by pressing the MODE button on the back twice. For us…. We leave them in the truck over night in the middle of summer when it’s 119 degrees in here and winter when it’s -10 and they’ve NEVER failed us. For us???? They work! 🤞🏼 good luck

This product is so bad that it breaks down within the first 30 days and stops working. You are wasting your money if you buy this product. And when you return it no refund is issued. Very cheaply made . Don’t buy

Pager system works well - but 2 pagers are not working. I would like to replace those 2 and I would like to add more pagers as I ordered the system with 16 - could use 24. Please advise

Two of them didn't work right out of the box. I should've taken this as a sign to return it. Now, nothing works just in time for there to be no support from Amazon. 90 whole days of working most of the time. Now it will work some days, but not others. I highly recommend a higher quality system. We are shopping for one now.

We bought another brand prior to this one and we could not get any of them to owkr other than #1. These were a bit confusing out of the box but once I understood the instructions, they worked like a charm!! (keep in mind, technology and me do not get along). We are a dental clinic and cannot have patients in the waiting area, we decided on wireless paging to call the patient back into the office instead of running around outside looking for them. Most of our patient base doesnt have cellphones or have limited data. These work perfect!!

This is a great product EASY TO USE ! We use the coasters to call in customers In numeric order @ Gabrielle trucks sales When a customer turns comes up, we simply Input the number and hit the call button the customer is alerted with a beep and a vibration Which indicates the customer to enter the Store, Also eliminates foot traffic in the store Helps with social distancing. We wipe it down After every customer returns it back to the counter very durable ! The range is great up to 100 feet from the bace of the unit.

The unit doesn’t provide stable signal to every click of calling. The round buzzers sometimes receive the signal but most of the time failed. Customers are complained it. We could not trust it anymore since it could guarantee every calling reach the right destination.
