I would not have ordered this product had I known that it was refurbished. I decided to keep it anyway. So far so good. Time will tell. I gave four stars for battery life but it's too soon to say really.

Overall this is a decent product for the price. My only complaint thus far is the lack of back-lighting on the display. I'm sure that won't be an issue once I become more familiar with the buttons/locations, but as of now, it's hard to use when not in a well lit location.
