Easy to use and works for people of many sizes. I was expecting it to be a little more complicated, but the manual made it very easy to follow. Battery charge time is effective and it holds charge for a good period of time.

    • This was a "no" for me
Some notes for other customers, and perhaps to help the manufacturer improve the unit. As others have noted, the belt could be better. It did fit me, but it is not sewn tightly onto the loop; therefore, it turns wide end to short end and the belt may suddenly become about 3" longer and/or pinch. The belt could be better quality, as well, but that turning of the loop should be addressed. Next, it is NOT mild heat...the unit I received gets QUITE warm...too warm for comfort. I had to turn the heat setting off; I could not use it. Next, yes, it is loud! Which brings to another issue. The buttons do not depress, they are touch pad controls, with a quite light sound when depressed. If the unit is on, or if the user's hearing is not great (as mine is not), it is difficult to tell whether an adjustment was made. I could not tell I had turned the unit on until I pushed a vibration control. The control panel on the unit I received has what looks like little air bubbles where the controls are...I think that perhaps there's a clear plastic cover over the controls that wasn't placed on quite smoothly enough. Next, the unit is essentially a very fast vibration device...for me, fast enough for friction red marks along not just the front of the unit (which might be expected) but where the belt touches skin in the back (in other words, if you place the unit on your waist, expect to have a red back. I do not think it has a kneading effect as another brand does. I cannot say whether my unit was new or not. The box arrived damaged, even though the shipping box itself was not damaged. The cord was not gathered in a tie, and the plastic bag in which it was placed was not sealed, nor was the plastic bag in which the unit itself was placed. The instructions are in what I assume is Chinese. There is very small print under the Chinese for English directions, but I could not read that even with my glasses. I suppose, if you have a magnifying glass.... As to any "fat loss"...I don't know. I returned it. Those problems were sufficient for me to decide the unit was not for me. ... show more

I'm actually confuse...it works great! The reviews are not accurate. This belt works better when u use slimming gel then wrap your stomach in plastic and lastly put the machine on 2x for 15min on high heat. You will not see results right away but definitely go to the bathroom which was good for me. The only thing I was concerned about was that it seems as if one side of the machine only gets hot. ... show more

I haven't used it long enough to see results but it does hurt and leaves a red mark so probably going to return it
