You can choose which ringtone you want at least 50 choices. You can choose the volume too and you have two fingers which is overkill for my small house but great if you have a big home. So far no one has used my doorbell but it's there if needed. I have a front porch which stays locked so no one can knock on the front door this is on outside of my home so anyone can reach me without pounding hard on my glass porch door. It was easy to install. I have the main receiver plugged in to an outlet. From the main receiver you can change the volume and tones you would like to use. The bell is at the bottom of my steps and on the post under my hand rail for easy access to the ringer. A personal preference to where I placed it, so people who wish to not walk up the steps to my front door can do so from the sidewalk level. ... show more
