ordered this bell, setup was okay, within a week it was non stop ringing and glitching a painful high pitched noise, I was sent a replacement when I did not want it, and now have to pay to have not only the original but the replacement returned in separate packaging or I get charged. With all the options of doorbell chimes, we expected to have at least one “normal” chime. Most of them are too musical for our taste. But it’s loud and easy to use.
