I changed chime and doorbell for front & back doors. Back doorbell worked after installation. No power at front doorbell. The doorbell is awesome. Super easy to install right out of the box, sound is loud and clear (even on lowest volume). My only complaint is that there are 60 tones and it takes a while to get through all of them. But that is legit my only complaint. The install took less than 5 mins with absolutely 0 problems.

If I'm in my bedroom, forget about me hearing you knock on the door. But now with this doorbell, problem solved! It was easy to install, but I have one complaint. You have to set the doorbell sound independently for each of the two receivers. So if you don't want the default sound, and you want them to sound the same, you have to press the button up to 30 times for each receiver to match! That's a small complaint, though, because once it's set up, you just forget about it. They're super loud, with independent volume control. Overall, great doorbell! In short: The doorbell is easy to install. It has a loud sound with independent volume control. The doorbell has two receivers, and the sound must be set independently for each receiver. The only complaint is that it takes time to set the sound for each receiver. Overall, the doorbell is great.

The doorbell that was outside somehow shattered to pieces after it fell off when the last delivery was made so I ordered this sleek looking doorbell because it was high time I replaced the older one that died. This sleek doorbell will definitely entice you when you walk up to it. Anyone will want to press it to see what happens. LOL! It was easy to install and the best thing of it all is that I have a receiver on the 2 main floors. One in the kitchen area that will serve the basement and main floor and the other upstairs by the bedroom hallway. I had fun selecting what chime will work and I settled with a nice whimsical chime that will get your attention. When hubby came home, he noticed right away that something was different. Duhh. The new doorbell! Anyway, it's a nice change and it's a very attractive doorbell that is very loud and can be heard on every floor of the house.

Most of the doorbell sounds on this remind me of various 80s/early 90s movies like 'Night at the Roxbury" or the tv show "Miami Vice.' Seriously. Really kind of funny. There's a few normal ding-dong tones at the beginning, then it starts heading into more....musical....territory. A couple are classical music, there's a happy birthday tone, a spooky-ish pipe organ tone, and others I didn't take time to puzzle out. This works right out of the box. No pairing or adding batteries or downloading skeevy apps to your phone. Plug the receivers in, pick your tone (they can have the same or separate) and pull the battery protection tab out of the doorbell and you're done. There's five volume settings on the receivers as well as mute, and the LED ring in the center that blinks. Depending on where you plug it in, that's not always a useful feature. I wish one of the receivers was also battery operated rather than plug-in so you could carry it with you if the doorbell signal didn't reach all the way through your house or if someone were hard of hearing and not always near a plugged-in receiver unit. Even the highest volume isn't super loud. Our home was built in the 60s so we were worried the signal might not reach into furthest parts of the finished basement. It does but not 100% off the time. It's not over 1000', but more the brick and stone and whatnot. The one upstairs works great. Pretty happy with this setup overall. Still better than trying to hear knocking, and our dog doesn't bark at the doorbell like he does knocking at the door.
