I am very pleased with this radio. The first one I received had a defect where the FM would drop in and out. I had to return it for a replacement. However, the replacement works perfectly. I think the design and function of this radio is ideal. The price is great. If you’re interested, I installed this in a 1979 MGB roadster. That huge display just barely fit in the console.     • Easy install and works very good
I chose this radio because of price and it seemed to have everything I was looking for. The installation went smoothly although you need to be patient when wiring everything up so you don’t have to shoot wiring error problems. It probably took me two hours to install it in my Winnebago rv. I powered it up and it connected right up to my iPhone. The audio is great throughout the rv speaker system. I’ve tested several apps like iHeart Radio, Google Maps, Waze, etc and they work good. I gave it a 4 star because of 2 items, the wired extension microphone and the steering wheel mounted control the instructions don’t mention the mic at all so you don’t know where to plug the mic into and online chat help was no help. Secondly, I must be getting dumber each year because I can’t figure out how to mount the steering wheel control and it doesn’t show you how to install it anywhere in the instructions.     • Have to cut wiring harness
Did not mention you had to cut the original wiring of the vehicle. Returned product and refund was short. I paid $89.99 was refunded $74 a some change. Don’t buy unless you plan on fully wiring it up

    • I installed this in my motorhome, I love it.
I purchased this for my motorhome. The radio sound quality is excellent (AM & FM). Bluetooth connects fast for playing music stored on my phone. I tried placing phone calls with it and that works well. There are many other features that are interesting, but I most likely will not use. This unit is amazing considering the features. I have only had it installed in my RV for about a month, but so far so good. ... show more

Stereo looks good and its a good smaller size. It does lag a little since it uses a cheaper chip and lower memory but for the price and features it gets the job done. Been using it over a month and no issue. The steering remote is cheap plastic and wasn't really useful for my application. The separate remote i dont use either since the stereo is in close arms reach. Overall a good stereo for the money. The android auto and apple carplay are easy to connect and work everytime ... show more

    • Great radio, no surprises!
This radio worked just fine in my 2000 BMW Z3. Everything connected with a Metron wiring harness. I was also able to hook up the rearview camera without issue. However, it is helpful to find a video online to show you how exactly the backup camera should be wired as the instructions That came with the radio were fairly minimal. I also had a little bit of trouble connecting to my existing subwoofer, however, when I changed the connection from wired into direct input to an RCA plug on my subwoofer that seem to do the trick. The radio has a clear screen that can be read in the sunlight in a convertible. The wiring harness that came with the radio was clearly labeled, and I was able to connect it to the Metron harness very quickly. For the price you really can’t beat this. ... show more
