Bathroom remodel. I bought a reusable flowmaster ring since I knew positioning correctly on the first try was unlikely by myself. Getting the flange bolts tightened was hard because the access ports are hard to get your hand through. A deep socket wrench with an extension would have helped. It's easier to tighten from behind the toilet which is more open but you have to reach around and you will be on the floor hugging the toilet. Attaching and aligning the seat and adjusting the flush buttons length is doable, but requires having a mechanical aptitude and there was a bit of trial and error involved. Documentation isn't great because there are gaps and you have to study the parts to understand how to adjust them. The main issue I have is the full flush push rod isnt centered over the flap inside the toilet and I can't shift that assembly over enough on the tank lid so it pushes down the flap. Currently, I have to slightly cock the lid to flush. Small flush button works. I can probably fix this by cutting the rod at an angle so cut part clears the rim and the tip depresses the flap but am going to reach out to customer service first to see what they suggest. It's a sleek looking toilet, feels substantial, balanced, will be easy to clean and has a comfortable height. I like the cyclical jet flush which is rare (on Amazon) in black, and z I figured if I'm going to pay more for the color, I might as well get the modern flush feature. The flush seems pretty powerful though I haven't used it enough yet to fully "ass-ess" whether it is as self cleaning as advertised. My pic is a little distorted, toilet bowl is elongated. Having upgraded from a round toilet, it feels quite spacious - luxurious even, when reaching underneath to do what we do after we doo. Update: Their customer service is very responsive and sent me (two!) replacement flush assemblies at no cost to me. The replacement part took care of the big button not flushing issue. I've had time to use it and the flushing action is powerful and performs as advertised. This is a stylish and green product that doesn't sacrifice on performance.
