Great product, works as it should, though it does require a firmware update first. This is pretty easy via the software provided on the Winwing website. I will say.... the shipping was pretty garbage on this one. I didn't have a choice but to use FedEx instead of Amazon for shipping, and wasn't given a choice beyond their post offerings. Which meant that it took an incredibly long time to arrive from New Jersey. In fact, my shipment was delayed because they accidentally shipped the package down to Florida after it arrived at my local shipping facility. I think we need to do better in that regard.

The software was originally a little wonky. It still is, but it DOES work. The construction is great for the price. The knobs and buttons all work well. I'm using with MSFS 2020 and 2024 and the Fenix- it works great and adds a lot to the sim. I've purchased more from Winwing since buying this and everything has been great.

I bought the Efis and fcu from Amazon. Had trouble with these panels. Contacted customer service, provided what they ask me on line. Finally dropped off line without resolving the issues. There is no instruction whatsoever so ever with these units . Supposed to be plug and play . Tried all that many times change ports uninstall reboot you name it . The problem with this was not device showed on page to test it . It did not work for me . Customer service so called space hamster quit on line . Don’t like to deal with them unless they rectify this issue . It’s under warranty even though just over two months for return back to amazon. Greatly disappointed! Not being polite !

Awesome piece of hardware, links up seamlessly to MSFS 2020. There was some light assembly work, attaching both EFISs to the FCU, but this was pretty easy. I also needed to use SimAppPro for firmware updates. But once completed, it worked immediately with MSFS. It works just like the real thing. The only critique I have is that it did not come with any instructions. I watched YouTube videos for the assembly and firmware update instructions. But the device works great!!
