I have been using the Velivi dual zone wine and beverage refrigerator for a few months now. I converted a closet in my study to a wine bar. Custom built cabinets were built with a measured space for the wine and beverage refrigerator. The wine bottles are on one side set at a preset desired temperature and other beverages are behind the other door set at a cooler temperature. It has been working well. It’s very attractive and quiet and is cooling to the advertised temperature for both wine and beverages. I like so many things about this product but just to name a few; appearance, fit and finish, size and capacity, dual zone cooling temperatures, appealing blue accent lighting, wooden wine shelves that are adjustable, locking doors, quiet and quality built. I was concerned at first because the refrigerator arrived with some shipping damage but was repairable with replacement parts. I contacted Tina with customer service and provided information and pictures. She was not only helpful but courteous and professional in helping me resolve the issue. Parts were shipped as promised and follow-up came later to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Most of my experience with customer service departments have not been so good so this was a refreshing experience. Thanks Tina you are great at your job. Like the look and the amount of items that it holds. Lowest set point is 35 degrees and stuff is cold. Nice quality but it is a bit noisy. Not obnoxious but hopefully will be less noticeable after I get it tucked under the counter between cabinets.

Would like to say that this purchase left me with a couple of questions that required me to contact the seller prior to receiving shipment and that experience was a wonderful departure from most customer service interactions. First, the item was slated to arrive on the Friday prior to Thanksgiving which was important since we were hosting this year. But there were no tracking updates for several days leading up to that Friday which prompted me to reach out to the seller. I received a response from Lily who helped explain the order fulfillment process and then offered an additional year's warranty extension on the purchased item. Lily then followed up with me daily inquiring about my order and ensuring that everything arrived in good order. The unit looks great. It has a sleek design, attractive LED lighting (if desired), and the dual temperature zones work great. The left side for beverages reaches 35 degrees F, so drinks are very cold. The only other "issue" I had is that the unit I received was branded as "Velivi" instead of "Velieta". Upon deeper scrutiny, the units appeared identical and product specifications were also the same. After inquiring with Lily regarding this difference, she was able to confirm that "Velivi" is another brand within the same company. Ultimately, I kept the unit despite this order discrepancy because aesthetically it's identical to the unit I ordered with equal performance. Been running for a little over a week now, and it's performing like a champ. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for this kind of fridge. ... show more

The fridge works great and looks great! About 8 months after install the fan started rattling and making a lot of noise. We reached out through Amazon and the company sent a replacement fan, plus a YouTube video of how to do the repair. It worked great and the fridge is really quiet now!
