- Extra battery cable lugs are included so you can attach the appropriate stud size for your battery and inverter mounting terminals. 4pcs of 5/16" cable lugs and 4pcs of 3/8" cable lugs allow for all possible combinations (nearly all inverters and batteries use 5/16" and/or 3/8" mounting terminals). Simply attach the appropriate cable lug stud size to the cable that fits your inverter and battery mounting terminals.
- Inverter cables are WindyNation Power-Flex Battery Cable (pure copper) with SAE J1127 approval. Power-Flex cable is a pure copper conductor and very flexible.
- Refer to Image 2 in the photo gallery for a chart that will help you select the correct inverter cable gauge and length depending on the amperage of your inverter.
- Cable lugs are pure copper with a corrosion resistant tin coating. Heat shrink is black with and certified for up to 105 C and 600V.

Appears to be full Copper, very flexible and most importantly the 1/0 guage (version I purchased) measured between 8.5mm and 10.4mm diameter in several measurements. Spec for 1/0 AWG is 8.25mm for solid and 9.1mm for stranded. So its right on for the stranded spec. I did a bit of comparison and for a short run of wire this was the best deal I found for copper wire. If you buy the copper clad aluminum (much cheaper) you will need to increase the size by about 40% to account for the lower conductivity.

This is probably one of the best quality wire kits I have purchased. The wire insulation material is very flexible and seems very durable. The eyelets seemed high quality and I had no problems crimping them on. The kit even includes heat shrink tubing which works very well. Overall I would highly recommend this item and would purchase it again if I needed more wire.

Adding solar to the RV and used the 4/0 for the main battery and inverter connections. wish i had used for everything else as its quality, small copper wires and when they say flexible, it is... Also easier to cut than other brands. I was using another brand until I found this brand and while it was small wire copper, this cable is more dense and easier to work with. At some point I may go back and replace some of what I have already done with some more of this.

Overall good deal. Not perfect but really good. The red wire was an inch longer than 10 foot. The black was an inch short. The outer insulation is rubbery and very flexable. Cable cut good with Harbor F cable cutter. Terminals are ok. I like tinned copper. Has more flare than the Trolley pure copper lugs in the welding section that are UL stamped. I get more cable inserted into the pure copper lug because of the shape. Hole size is the same, ( accurate for what it is.) Ground wire is labeled 10 AWG. Looks accurate. Terminals crimped on looks ok and pulls good. I would of liked unterminated so I could cut to length. Terminals might end up being small for my application. I did not measure length.

This purchase was a pleasant surprise. I had two rolls of wire, in my basket and found this kit for less than just the wire. The lugs are very thick, high quality and they provide four each of two lug sizes! It also includes a ground wire and heat-shrink tubing. I bought this for my camping trailer that I use off grid. The only thing I would caution anyone about is using this for marine applications. The cable is copper but it is not tinned. Over time non marine grade wire will fail. I highly recommend it for land based applications.

The cable is high quality. The terminal ends are good quality and crimped on perfectly. The shrink tubing sealed it all up nice and tight. My Jeep runs nice and smooth. I partnered my custom cables with military grade battery terminals. Looking forward to many years of dependable operation.
