EDIT- BROKE AFTER ONE WEEK
I was expecting the air to come out a lot cooler, it’s more like a high powered fan. When I put the ice pack in the water chamber and turn on “cool” mode, the air temp doesn’t change at all. The fan is powerful but you could get the same kind of power for a cheaper fan It advertises that it has like 10h+ of coolness but if the chamber runs out of water then the pump will die and when I tested it, the water only lasted about 5 hours so definitely couldn’t have it on overnight. There are better portable acs out there that actually blow cool air, get one of those instead {EDIT} - After one week of use, all the lights on the front display have just shut off. The display lights show the speed of the fan and where all the buttons are to adjust the settings… now I just smash my hand against a blank black screen over and over until it starts to blow air because the display panael is just off. I live in an air-con-less home and I rely on the fan to live in here comfortably and this fan was so expensive to just die like this after a one week of use. Since it’s big they want money to return & for me to put in a box I don’t have one this big so I’m stuck with a broken fan. What a rip off.

Very disappointed, especially with so many favorable reviews. It didn’t cool at all!
I must have received a defective unit because after following the instructions and leaving it running for over three hours my room temperature actually increased. I contacted their support and explained my issue and I was advised to only put two of the cooling gel containers in the water compartment and no ice, only water. Ran it another two hours but no improvement so back it goes!

Great
I was hesitant to buy an evaporative cooler, but this one blew me away! The 70° oscillation covers my entire bedroom, and the cooling effect is noticeable within minutes. The removable water tank is easy to fill and clean. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Works better than expected
I was skeptical, but this cooler really works! The ice packs add an extra chill, and the 70° oscillation covers a wide area. The remote control is a nice touch—no need to get up to adjust settings!
