    • It's only a cool fan and even then, it's not worth the hassle
This is NOT an air conditioner! It uses ice packs and it can be a cool fan- swamp cooler. It has wheels and I have berber carpet- very flat and the wheel wouldn't roll on it. The water goes in the bottom, BUT do does the pump- so imagine this: you have a full water bottom, the pump is attached to the top and you have to secure the other end in the deep bottom before you snap the top back on. Unless you are Houdini, you definitely need a second person to put the water in and even then, it's still messy. As a cool fan, not worth the money. Obviously it would've been energy efficient as it's not an air conditioner. Even as a cool fan, not worth the time or hassle. I returned it for a refund. ... show more

    • Poor product! Do not waste your money!
Complete garbage! It’s already broken and only been used a few times since i got it. I have only had this for a couple months. Already past the return window so I will be reaching out to get a refund anyways. It barely puts out any breeze and the”cooling” function is a joke. I should have returned it asap but it was a gift for someone so I wasn’t aware of how bad this product really is. Do not buy this!!! ... show more

I’ve ordered this AC, Installed all by the instructions and it didn’t work at all. It turned on and that’s it. Didn’t even take out any air, not to talk about cold air. Don’t buy it, it’s a waste of your time and money.

    • Doesn’t cool well
I purchased this off the reviews. I needed something to keep my upstairs bedroom a little cooler. I am super disappointed in this, the only way you feel it cooler is if you are directly in front of it, maybe a foot away. So the air cooling is literally as good as my oscillating fans and that’s even with adding the cooling packs and ice cubes. It’s super hard to see the water level unless you open it. They should put a light. The plus side is, it’s compact, easy to use, the functions on it are nice, the remote control works great. There is little brightness from the on button.     • EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!!!
This product is extremely faulty. I had bought 1 and when it arrived, it would not turn on. I returned it with Amazon and asked a for replacement. When the replacement showed up and I went to use it, it started sparking and almost started a fire. To make sure there was no internal fire, the back filter was taken off. Though thankfully no fire, I did discover that they have 1 poorly fixed water line and that the filter is meant to get covered in water while it runs. There is no barrier between the water stream for the filter and the wires! So the moment you turn this product on, it immediately shorts the fan because it just dumps water on the wiring. This is extremely dangerous and should not be sold due to the extreme safety hazard it creates. ... show more
