    • REAL WORLD TEST
Review Image by Danial Allman
REAL WORLD TEST RESULTS: It was placed in the egress window of an 1985 21 foot camper. Roughly 182.75 square feet. There are considerable gaps in the window still but it’s basically sealed around with 1/4 inch thick cardboard. After installation I tested if it turned on and if all the settings worked. All the buttons worked, and that the remote worked with the provided batteries. They all checked out and worked pretty good. When I turned the AC on it was 90F (32.22C) outside. It was 88.5F (31.39C) inside the RV. It’s normally hotter inside the RV than outside as the RV sits in a 1600ft (487.68M) concrete and cinderblock garage. It’s normally at least 10F hotter inside the RV. Within an hour it had dropped to 80.4F inside and has risen to 93F outside. So while it’s getting hotter outside it’s still cooling down the inside of the RV. And it’s not stopping, it’s still getting colder. So all in all, great buy. 1000% worth it. Update: After about a month it’s still cooling my RV down. It was 99 out yeasterday and it got as low as 68 inside the RV. The only problem I’ve had is it tries to trip the breaker in eco mode. ... show more

    • It's supposed to have an app I can put on my phone and doesn't
Works great but I'm supposed to be able to hook it up to my phone. And there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I wanted one that I control with my phone so when I'm awake if it's hot I could turn it off my phone and cool the room off before I get home. But obviously that doesn't work that way even though the description says it does. ... show more

    • Good AC for the Size and Price
I have a small home. My HVAC unit has a freon leak. So, i opted for this window unit for the time being and its been working great! I have 640sq ft. With one strategically placed fan on the other end of the home, i have gotten thru a few 98 degree days just fine. Sleep cool at night too. Its a good little AC. Just what i needed. ... show more
