Probably one of the best investments I’ve ever made! I live in a historic home with a poorly insulated room, and between this AC and a $50 ceiling fan, I can confidently say they’re probably two of the best investments of my life lol. I’m so used to having central AC that I was a little worried about how well this would work, but honestly, sometimes it gets so cold I actually have to turn it off. And that’s saying something because I run HOT. I know every man says that, but I’m literally the only guy in the office not wearing a jacket and somehow still sweating 😂 The only maintenance I really do is clean it whenever it starts smelling a little funky. Nothing crazy, though. About 15 minutes with some foam cleaner and it’s good as new. Super easy to maintain. I haven’t really used the Wi-Fi feature because my room is too far from the router, but honestly, I don’t even need it. The remote does everything I need, and it works perfectly. If you have a poorly insulated room or you’re someone who gets hot easily, I genuinely can’t recommend this thing enough. It’s made such a huge difference in my comfort, especially during the summer. Great AC! We put It in our kitchen window. We live in a double wide so we a ok s I purchased a support to go under it. It will freeze you on high, which we love. The remote is very handy because I can't see well & have trouble seeing the screen on the unit.

It's not bad. The wind power is sufficient, the cooling effect is OK, and the price is quite affordable. The buttons on the machine may not be very user-friendly for the elderly. Overall, it's still decent.

Definitely pushes a lot of air. Works great in keeping my pretty big room cool during these hot summer days. Pretty quiet but leaves a nice white noise to go to sleep with. Very easy to install if you have the window space.

Adorable AC cools room fast. Minor wear and tear on the unit wasn't in perfect condition. Mounting bracket/top rail wasn't included. I used one off an older unit luckily it fit. Other then that I was happy with the product.

Oh my goodness I am so thankful that I purchased this AC. It is amazing it connected easily to ALEXA with the ECHO devices I accidentally bought one this one 10,000 BTU which was way more than I actually needed for the size of my place that it needed cool. I probably didn’t even need a 5000 BTU to cover my place. Lol so this works exceptionally well for me. I have been using it almost yeah I’d say pretty much daily all day all night since I put it in. I really love this AC so much love the fact that it connects to ALEXA and the ECHO devices that way if you’re in bed at night and you know it was hot when you went to bed so you left the AC on you wake up middle of night and it’s starting to get too cold. All you gotta do is say hey ALEXA turn the AC off or turn it to 69-70 and boom it’s off or temp is up. 😂 Oh did I mention it cools down to a chilly CHILLY🥶 61 degrees . When I bought this and I think it was the end of April because I was trying to get prepared for summer I got it for 225 bucks at 10,000 BTU. That’s pretty crazy. I feel pretty lucky. Also, I did not have a window to put it in where I live so I had to cut a hole out in my wall. I’m not sure that matters to anybody but if anybody else doesn’t have a window, I’m just letting them know you can cut a hole out in your wall and put it in as long as you mount it and insulate it and you know make sure bugs and other stuff can’t get through it. I received this AC and right away inspected it for damage. The control module (display) was broken and shoved back into the AC front panel. The AC front panel itself had a 1 inch crack in the plastic housing on the upper left corner. There were multiple dents (quarter size) on the outside condenser fins. Also the frame at the back upper was very poorly fabricated (bent). Some of these problems were probably from shipping - but on the other hand some of the damage was probably from the manufacturer. The quality control I observed was very bad. The interior Styrofoam duct had a vertical crack in it. That crack wasn't as bad as another customer reported in their review with it being cracked and broken completely. Now as far as the unit cooling - yes it does and it appears to do so within what would be expected. The temperature indicated was off by about 3 degrees. The noise level was acceptable. These newer window units use a slinger ring with the AC fan. It sprays condensed water onto hot condenser coils and in doing so, sometimes it increases noise level when the humidity goes up or more water is accumulated in the bottom of the AC unit. So, no complaints for excessive nose. Would I buy this again? No. Too much risk getting a damaged unit with this brand. In my opinion, the manufacturer's shipping box is not protecting these units well enough. The front of the unit with the LED control panel and the rear condenser fins are not fully protected. More Styrofoam and cardboard insets would greatly improve that issue. Amazon Customer Service was good when I contacted them over the condition of the order I received. I received another unit and that unit also had damage on the outside condenser fins. At least that unit came with the control module intact and no cracks on the front panel.
