Cooling Power: Efficient & Fast With 12,000 BTU of cooling power, this unit is designed for spaces up to 450 sq. ft. I set it up in my living room, and it cools the entire space efficiently—even reaching adjacent rooms if I leave the doors open. In the mid-60s°F (15-20°C) spring temperatures, I tested it by setting the thermostat to 62°F, and it cooled the room down quickly and evenly. I bought this for my apartment because we don’t get heating or cooling so this has been a godsend for me. I like that it is also a dehumidifier as it does get rather humid in my apartment for some reason. It is also very quiet and it fits well in my room. It was really easy to put in and I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for an AC unit. It’s very secure and can really cool off a large area. I love it so much and would buy again .
