The bike folds well and rides well but it is made out of heavy steel and weighs over 50 lbs it is awkward to lift and pack when you need to.

    • Decent quality for price
I have had this bike for a year now and I live in LA. I have had to contact customer service because the battery died after about 10 miles or 30 min and only goes about 15 mph which is not what is stated in the listing. Customer service was very helpful and sent over a free replacement battery. However, it lasted just as long. I have resorted to charging the battery everyday or taking the charger with me (normal two prong). I have adjusted the breaks a few times as they have loosened over time and am now purchasing a new set from the seller for $35. I now live in an apartment with stairs and no elevator and the bike is extremely heavy. Taking out the battery helps a bit. Folding the bike is a nice feature however, it is still pretty wide and not as compact as it seems in the pictures. Finally, the bike does not work manually so once the battery dies you can not pedal. I learned that the hard way and broke the pedal. Overall, it has gotten me to school and work faster than public transit so it has been a good investment. If you’re wanting an e bike that is cheap and decent this is a good option. ... show more

    • Fun for what it's made for
I bought this for a short (3ish) mile commute to work. While I've only taken it to work a handful of times so far, here are the pros and cons: Pros: *Very adjustable. The seat and handle bars seem adjustable to a range of heights. I'm 5'7" and I feel like the range could include those who are up to 5'10-6' when using the motor. *The charge lasts me at least a round trip if I'm solely using the battery, which is about a 15-20 minute one way trip, meaning it can keep going for at least 40 minutes. *The wire basket addition I bought and installed instead of the cushioned "back seat" included works great. It did not line up super well with the frame, so I got creative with connecting the basket to the frame behind the seat and it is very secure. Cons: *I've adjusted the latches a few times, and they just don't seem totally reliable. I typically double check the latch that is released to fold the bike is NOT unlatched before beginning my trek, and tightened then reengaging the latch below the seat has been necessary a few times. *It's a smaller footprint than a typical bicycle, so your knees definitely don't have a lot of space if you want to pedal. *There is no cruise control (it never claimed to have cruise control, but I'd looked at so many bikes/trikes by the time I picked this one that I was assuming all ebikes would have this feature). For my commute in the mornings, that would be worth the tripled price of the bike I probably will still get now that I know I'll use it and the value of that feature. At the end of the day, the e bike gets 5 stars because it absolutely delivers on what it says it will. It's small, fun, and a great purchase if you're not sure you want to pay for the pricier models/need a more economical model. Extras I bought included a new helmet, a basket with a cover/reflective stripe, bike gloves, and a stroller/bike double drink and phone attachment to keep my coffee, water, and phone handy on the commute. ... show more

    • Unreliable
The media could not be loaded. The bike is really disappointing!! It’s very finicky and just stops working randomly for periods of time. Sometimes it will start working again after I leave it alone for a while. Other times I have had to reach out to customer service to get advice on what to fix to get it working again. When it actually does work it’s a decent bike. But the fact that it’s very unreliable is difficult especially for someone who uses it as their main mode of transportation. When it’s working correctly it’s fine, doesn’t go very fast but still helps you get there quicker. Overall I would never buy from this brand again.
