This review is for the Windhorse C3 as many of the reviews attached seem to be for another product. The shipment: Not the fault of Windhorse, but of Fedex who can't seem to get it together, the first unit arrived without notification, but since it needs to be signed for, a redeliver was scheduled. Then somewhere along the line it got damaged, and another one had to be sent out. Windhorse the company: One of the draws to this product was that Windhorse is located in California, which for me, is a huge bonus. The customer service is above and beyond. I did not get a robot voice, but a human who was willing to go the extra mile to remedy the situation I faced with Fedex. They communicated well, followed through and made sure I would receive my product as soon as possible. They succeeded in their efforts. The Windhorse C3: I was looking for something that could be driven sitting but would be able to be driven standing if so needed. Out of the box the assemble was super easy. Once the packaging was removed, all that was needed was to put the handlebar and seat in their proper place, attach the kickstand and footrests and the scooter was ready to go. This scooter is well constructed and nicely designed. There are 3 speed settings and the lowest is a decent amount of speed. According to the manual, you can also lock the speed at the level of your choice. Additionally, there seems to be a cruise control feature, whereby if you are traveling at the same speed for a specified length of time then you basically are on autopilot. As for comfort, it is decent with adequate room in between the handlebar and seat. The ride is smooth at all speed levels too. Overall thoughts: I am very happy with this purchase overall. The price was in line with similar scooters (maybe even a little better than others). The company is in the USA and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I will update this post in the future if any issues like battery life or brake wear, etc. come up, but all-in-all this one is a winner! ... show more

I like everything about the escooter. But there is one issue with the foot pigs for the driver.. they keep trying to fold closed when I'm riding it. I'm going to try a simple thing to see if works to make them to stay open all the time. But other than that the max speed is supposed to 22 MPH but I actually had mine up to 25 MPH. The company should make a rain cover for the escooter so that way it can stay dry when it rains. ... show more

    • CCP CRAP. COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR POLICY.
If I could have ZERO STARS, I would. I spoke to the California company before I bought (2) of their scooters; CCP CONSTRUCTED. Both came with multiple screws/bolts that were packaged installed and could not be removed w/o stripping. They suggested I take the scooter to a professional bike repair and they would reimburse OR put a heat gun to loosen the bolts , but the bolts sat right next to sensitive wires. A total of 7 bolts needed to be professionally drilled out/replaced with new stainless steel screws, washers, nut. I paid and company did not reimburse expenses. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

Good little commuter scooter, uphill has no strength, and the battery doesn't go for 20 miles it goes maybe 5 miles at best, the tires are always low too. Still a fun scooter though

    • Stripped screw to the peg and don't have the tools to unattached the screw to install the peg.
Love the bike but I need s tool kit not all the Toole came with it. How do I get a tool kit without having to pay for it?also one of the screws to da scooter was already attached so I cannot unattached the screw to install the right peg.

The media could not be loaded. I can’t recommend this, safety hazard, breaks are not as good after one month, panel went out in a week. I have no clue how fast or slow i’m going, slow up a San Francisco small hill, the lights went out after a week. The pedal came broken, had to pay to get it fixed. Be safe because the wheels can get stuck in a railroad track. Seller only refunded $40. ... show more
