I've had this bike since January 2025, nothing but issues with it. I can't figure out what's wrong with it, it was fine for 5 months we drove it regularly, then one day it won't charge anymore/ it won't power on, it's weird.

This takes some getting used to and I do not recommend it for steeper hills especially slippery ones, but for what it is, it is an inexpensive scooter that will support over 300 lbs/149kg.

It was a bit difficult to put together. The screws that were meant to be removed and reinstalled were torqued down to the point we needed to power drill through the screw and replace it. Also, it doesn't go faster than 18mph with my 60 lbs kid riding alone and it struggles to get up small hills. Besides that, it nice to get around the neighborhood, but I'd travel with the charger just in case. I'm already upgrading to a faster scooter. Wish this one had more power and speed. It's a great little scooter to get around. The maximum speed is 20.9 mph., you only have that for about a mile or so, it will go down to anywhere from 19 to 17 miles an hour. I can get about 12 miles out of it. That's with all the stopping and a couple small hills that I have to go over. It is only good for the payment do not take it off the road. Glad I got it I put a big basket on the back so that I can get a lot of groceries at one time. I had no problem with the pegs or the screws on the side. This review is for the Windhorse C3 as many of the reviews attached seem to be for another product. The shipment: Not the fault of Windhorse, but of Fedex who can't seem to get it together, the first unit arrived without notification, but since it needs to be signed for, a redeliver was scheduled. Then somewhere along the line it got damaged, and another one had to be sent out. Windhorse the company: One of the draws to this product was that Windhorse is located in California, which for me, is a huge bonus. The customer service is above and beyond. I did not get a robot voice, but a human who was willing to go the extra mile to remedy the situation I faced with Fedex. They communicated well, followed through and made sure I would receive my product as soon as possible. They succeeded in their efforts. The Windhorse C3: I was looking for something that could be driven sitting but would be able to be driven standing if so needed. Out of the box the assemble was super easy. Once the packaging was removed, all that was needed was to put the handlebar and seat in their proper place, attach the kickstand and footrests and the scooter was ready to go. This scooter is well constructed and nicely designed. There are 3 speed settings and the lowest is a decent amount of speed. According to the manual, you can also lock the speed at the level of your choice. Additionally, there seems to be a cruise control feature, whereby if you are traveling at the same speed for a specified length of time then you basically are on autopilot. As for comfort, it is decent with adequate room in between the handlebar and seat. The ride is smooth at all speed levels too. Overall thoughts: I am very happy with this purchase overall. The price was in line with similar scooters (maybe even a little better than others). The company is in the USA and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I will update this post in the future if any issues like battery life or brake wear, etc. come up, but all-in-all this one is a winner! ... show more

I can’t recommend this, safety hazard, breaks are not as good after one month, panel went out in a week. I have no clue how fast or slow i’m going, slow up a San Francisco small hill, the lights went out after a week. The pedal came broken, had to pay to get it fixed. Be safe because the wheels can get stuck in a railroad track. Seller only refunded $40. ... show more
