Do I need a motorcycle license to ride the Milos 50? In most U.S. states, a standard driver's license is sufficient for 50cc scooters — no motorcycle endorsement required. Some states require a moped permit. Check your local DMV before purchasing. Is the Milos 50 street legal? Can I register it at the DMV? Yes — EPA certified and DOT approved for street-legal use in most U.S. states. Register at your DMV with the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) paperwork. License requirements vary by state; check your local DMV. How difficult is assembly? How long does it take? Ships 85% pre-assembled. Install front wheel (intermediate — align brake disc), front fender, handlebar clamp, front panel, rear rack, mirrors, battery, battery cover, and rear trunk. Tool kit included. Shipping was quick and it arrived earlier than expected. Shipping comes through R&L and its shipped from Carrollton,Texas. The shipping company calls in advance to notify of delivery and make sure a adult will be available to sign for it. Unboxing is easy and internal steel frame in the box protects the bike from damages during the shipping process. I found the hardest part was getting the steering bolt through and the nut on without dropping both several times. Easiest way is to make sure the forks are unbolted from the boxing frame. Turn to the side after getting the bolt started and through, then put the nut on and tighten down. Front tire and brake are easy to get on and align. Put on center stand and lift center front with low profile jack. Then put a support under. Make sure to space the brake caliper apart so rotor will slide in the slot of the caliper with ease. Place the inner spacer that came on the wheel bolt in the caliper side of the wheel with a slight bit of bearing grease. Now slide wheel side with rotor into the caliper and place the wheel bolt through the fork with the caliper attached and over the rotor about half way into the wheel through the fork after lightly greasing bolt. Now align the speedometer into the other side of wheel after lightly greasing the hole it fits in. You can turn the fork alignment on this side of the wheel by hand and align the wheel with fork hole so you can press the wheel bolt through the speedometer attached side of the wheel the rest of the way. Now install and tighten the nut down. Now pull the floor mat back and unscrew the battery cover. Pull new battery out and unwrap it and the hardware for the battery. Install cables to battery. Reinstall cover and floor mat. Now install the mirrors from the box and tighten in place as necessary. Attach the back storage box with the hardware provided from inside to the predrilled holes in the brackets on the back. Now change out the engines oil with 10w40 4T motorcycle oil. When removing the plug make sure to set spring and mini filter aside with the bolt. Pull out check Guage and let drain. Place the filter, spring and bolt together and place back in as one assembly. Be sure to start by hand so you don't crossthread the boltand filter grommet stays inline and seals correctly. Now add approximately 700ml of oil back to motor and put check gage back in. Pull out and check that the level is in the cross hatches and retighten back into the motor. Now add mid grade or premium gasoline to the gas tank. It took me a minute to get it started the 1st time. I had to make sure fuel had flowed through the see thru gas filter and then lightly squeezed the fuel line from there to the carburetor to a little bit primed. From here I had to adjust the throttle cable slightly at the handle grip. Be sure key is now placed to on position and fuel switch is turned on. Pull brake handle and give slight gas while hitting start button. My bike start 100% with no issues every time now within 2 clicks of the starter. Rides great and works perfectly.     • Great fun riding the scooter

I purchased the scooter in March and it arrived earlier than the specified date. I assembled the scooter but I found it difficult to raise the scooter onto the center stand. I found several good “how to” scooter videos on YouTube and after viewing a video, I discovered an easy way to raise the scooter onto the center stand. The scooter had a problem. It appeared the left rear turn signal had been broken at the factory after it had been wrapped. I took a picture of the damage and emailed it to Xpro. In a short period of time I received a new tail light assembly with a link to a superb video showing how to replace the tail light assembly. Xpro has been great at promptly replying to my questions about the scooter and I have been enjoying riding my Xpro Maui 50 scooter. ... show more

Bike came completely smashed. Do not get me started on customer service and getting a refund or replacement. There is no shipping protection. If it is damaged, you are SOL. Expect to do all the work yourself. I was told by Winnie in customer service via email, that I need to understand that they are a online company who ships heavy items and sometimes they get damaged. That is the best excuse they could come up with on why it can't be replaced. All I wanted was a swap. I do not work for your company and should not have to rebuild a bike that was purchased brand new. Horrible company. Zero stars if able. May be disputing with the credit card company and Amazon. P.S. started right up for 25 seconds, bogged down while running, then died. Will not restart. Looks like I will have to so some work on the carb. Thankfully have been working on motors since I was 10. 2nd review will follow. Avoid this bike and this company. Both are crap!! ... show more

Not bad. If I could give a product a 3.5/5 I would in this instance, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, and round it up to a 4/5. I really wish this came with an installation guide, because I had no idea what I was doing here until I had someone who knew what they were doing build it for me. Went through a lot of trial and error, but it works perfectly fine once you get it up and running. Runs fast, smooth, and I got a lock for it too. I’m still waiting on the MSO and bill of sale as I’m writing this so I cannot currently get it insured and registered, so that’s why I marked it down a little big. They’re also very transparent about the delivery process, and will also let you know when your order is delivered. ... show more

Only problem we had with this item was NO INstructions so make sure to download the video and plat it slow step by step... in order to put it together but other then that this is all I drive anymore.. love it color is a beautiful red and comfortable to ride I'm 5'3 and I fit comfortably if your taller your knees may hit the front and mat be uncomfortable for a taller person but for the money the price was excellent and it drives great I haven't had no problems and the pieces fit perfect. Easy assembly.. take your time and watch the video step by step and you will be fine ... show more

Positives: Shipping was great, they had a portable dolly to bring the package anywhere easily. Setup was easy but regarding the shipment crate frame near the front wheel, make sure to keep the mounting bolt and axle pole screw thing because that’s also the tire mount. Very fast, especially out of the box. I was getting 42-45 downhill initially according to my phone. It hasn’t slowed down really. It’s super easy to get used to riding. Great storage. It did not come with instructions at all for me but it was still easy to setup. Negatives: Key(s) got bent easily (but still work), plastic shielding (on the dash, at least) is relatively cheap so be very careful tightening the mirrors or it’ll break, there were some problems with parts but the company and their 3 month warranty / response time and dedication is truly remarkable (11/10 stars), the high beam on the headlight is too high so it doesn’t shine on the ground except when going uphill briefly on the incline. Overall. For the cost, plus their 3 month warranty on anything that’s wrong with it, this thing is such a great deal. It’s extremely fast like I’d say it “feels” like 60cc compared to other 50cc mopeds I’ve used. ... show more
