I have used this for various frying needs (shrimp, chicken, vegetables, etc.) and it has not disappointed me. Strong/heavy enough to hold a large amount and very easy to hand clean. Finish on mesh is very smooth.

These baskets are amazing. They are quite large with the heavy construction. Since I'm horrible with measurements, now I need to order a Dutch oven to support them 😆 🤦🏼♀️ that's OK though because these baskets were exactly what I wanted!
