I enjoy this product very much. It comes with a little wand to help get the fondant out. They are sturdy and easy to clean. I also enjoy the little finger grips. Only complaint is the lid is difficult to remove. That honestly just means that the cutters aren't going anywhere and they are secure.

I needed to make a cake and needed to do fondant lettering so since I needed a few things I went into my local craft store and the only letter fondant I could find were metal and really just sad looking but I got them because it what’s they had so once home I got on Amazon just to see and I was soooooo glad to find these, they ended up being cheaper too so I was super pleased about that. Once I got these in even my husband that doesn’t do cake decorating said these were way better. The case they come with makes they easy to store and keep track of what and where each letter is. Plus there are numbers which was an add bonus compared to others I found. The only thing that could be a little better would be how use it is to clean which honestly isn’t that bad. A few letters have parts to make holes in letters like the B that are only on the one side so fondant starts to pile up in there as your cutting tho that do give you a little tool that can get it out. ... show more

I bought bc of little piece on top for toddler to use with play-doh. This way they didn't have to dig out playdoh after imprinting. It was a true nightmare! Even my husband and I couldn't get it to work. However, could be my fault, maybe the child or myself pushed too hard. Anyway, don't use with play-doh!     • Exactly what you expect
These are just the right size to use on cakes. The lettering isn’t too big for most cakes (slightly large on a six inch diameter cake but not overwhelming), and is easy to read. It cuts fondant really well (not sure how well they’d cut other things - they aren’t the sturdiest of things but for the intended purpose of cutting fondant they are perfect). The fondant may get slightly stuck, so a little gentle poking gets it out every time without distorting the letter (I am not great at using fondant so others may have a flawless technique that I am unaware of so that fondant doesn’t stick, but they were fine for me). They are not punches, so expect a cookie cutter style cutter and you will not be disappointed. Very useful, and is fun, not frustrating to use. ... show more
