The quality of the sofa is not worth buying the pieces did not fit together correctly and did not screw in all the way. I could use the hooks on the side because they were not facing the correct way and the pillows are too flat did not look like the advertised picture on here. The cushions are comfortable and there is enough room but not worth the money for the quality of the sofa.

I ordered a couch from Williamspace a few weeks ago. It came in within 3 days of placing the order. It was incredibly easy to put together and I am very happy about the quality. We had one minor issue where the arm came in stained so I reached out to their customer service. They immediately responded and shipped a new part the very next day. Absolutely no one is perfect and not every product can be pristine but its how a company responds to imperfections that matter. They were phenomenal to work with and I highly recommend that others order from this company!

1. The sectional ships in 5 boxes. We received 4 of the 5 boxes on one day and Amazon showed the delivery as complete. There was no way to contact the manufacturer (they actually shipped the sectional), but Amazon customer service said they would do that and have the manufacturer reach out to us. The manufacturer did not contact us but the 5th box showed up late the next afternoon so all was well. 2. The sectional has two end/side pieces that form the arms of the sectional and three pieces that form the back of the sectional. The three back pieces were all labeled "B" as if they were 3 identical pieces, when in reality, each piece is slightly different. The "B" piece that is supposed to connect to the side/arm on the right is supposed to have a male connecter on the right to attach to the female connecter on the arm. It should also have a female connecter on the left side to connect to the middle "B" piece. The "B" piece that is supposed to connect to the side/arm on the left is supposed to have a male connecter on the left to attach to the female connecter on the arm. It should also have a female connecter on the right side to connect to the middle "B" piece. The middle "B" piece is supposed to have a male connector on both sides to connect to the female connectors on the two outside pieces. Our middle "B" section only had a male connecter on the left and no connecter on the right, so we could not connect it to back section on the right side of the sectional. 3. The couch sits a little low to the floor. I am short (5'-5") so it is perfect for me as my knees and hips are level with each other when seated. A tall person might find their knees bent sharply downward and several inches above their hips. 4. Although the manufacturer purports to be an American company (Princeton, NJ) "selling and shipping" its own furniture designs, all the pieces were labeled manufactured in China, which helps explain the quality control issues. 5. I will have to see how it holds up after 6 months before deciding if I can recommend it to someone else. I would recommend that you at least look at the 1 star reviews before you make a decision to purchase this item.

I needed a new sofa but didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. After months of searching internet, I finally found one but it went out of stock right before I was ready to buy it. I tried to hold out for it to become available again but after a month of waiting I caved and bought this one. Truth be told, it was impulse buy, driven primarily by the low cost, but I have no regrets. The stock pictures do not do this sofa justice! The sofa arrived several days earlier than expected. There were two huge boxes, one of which was totally mangled. The boxes were heavy so I unpacked it in the lobby of my apartment building and carried it in one piece at a time. It should be noted that two of the pieces from the mangled box had sustained minor damage in transit but I wasn't really surprised given the condition of the box it was in. Additionally instructions to assemble the couch & all of the necessary hardware were included, however the l shaped tool was not (fortunately I had one on hand). Assembling this sofa was more time consuming than difficult. However it's worth noting that two of the pieces did not have pre-cut holes for the screws. Once assembled the sofa looks and feels great. I opted to leave one end armless because one of my (four) cats has a habit of violating the sides of the couch with her claws (she's a vertical scratcher). I also chose to leave the seat on the end (by the wall) unattached to the other two seats. The material is soft & smooth; it has a slight sheen to it and cat fur doesn't stick to it. The seat cushion is very firm but still comfortable enough to sleep on. It should be noted that I am testing the durability of the material by allowing my 4 cats to do as they wish with the two throw pillows that came with the couch. (One of my cats is blind, deaf, and neurologically impaired. He regularly uses his claws to navigate around and to stabilize himself). As a precaution, I covered the entire sofa with (extra deep queen size ) fitted satin bed sheets. The cats have continuously climbed all over and slept on the pillows for the past week and so far there are no claw marks (ie: scratches, punctures, knicks) on the fabric. I plan continue testing for 3 more weeks. If during that time durability proves to be an issue I will come back and update this review. Update: My cats continue to abuse the pillows with their murder mittens on a daily basis and they still look brand new. (No scratches, rips, punctures, etc). Additionally one of them threw up on one of the seats but I was able to clean it with minimal effort (no stains and the area dried quickly).

This is a joke, it’s too short for adults, and so low quality, it has too many wrinkles. I Requested a refund and they asked for delivery fee which was not cheap. So disappointed.
