For the price this bike is pretty impressive. It was easy to put together and after charging the battery (even though the battery shows it is full the manual recommends to plug it in to make sure it is fully changed). I took it for a 36 mile ride. The first half I used the different drives and averaged about 25 miles an hour with full pedal assist. during the first half I had a pretty steep hill (more than 40 degrees). I used the all wheel drive and it did go up easily, but the speed reduced to about 20-22 mph. Not bad... better than some and not as good as some others (I have one that does the same hill with rear motor only that can do 29mph and a bafang that drops to 12-15mph on the same hill). First 18 miles barely used a bar of the battery. The second half of the ride I decided to go all wheel drive and full throttle. It was now dark so I had the lights on and the temp had dropped into the 40's. I used 2 bars of the battery riding it this way. So battery distance will depend on how you ride it. I know I could easily get over well over 100 miles if I used the timely drive and reduced the peddle assist. The ride was comfortable, shipping was quick, and the bike feels sturdy. I have no regrets at all with this purchase. I look forward to testing it out in the winter snow.

Excellent with everything besides the pair of tire. Tire needs to be installed durable not thin quality for less than a week that customer needs to buy better long lasting quality. Thanks for the ebike company that's long last and worth amount which I spent.

I bought this Wildeway ebike January 2025. I have no range anxiety the battery life has been awesome. I have approximately 600 miles on the bike at this time. I found out that brakes can wear down on ebikes between 500 to 1500 miles respectively. I believe the brakes on the Wildeway are great and I have enjoyed no squeaky brakes. Now the beginning of May 2025 I have had a couple hiccups. My seat has become somewhat loose and will need some adjustments. The screw came out of my brake sensor and needed to be adjusted. I replaced the screw to my kickstand. Small things that can happen to more pricey ebikes. Overall I can say that Wildeway service has worked with me to ensure my bike is safe and working well. I still recommend Wildeway ebikes. I hope your experience is the same.

This ebike is totally amazing at going up long hills and has a really long range. Easy and simple to assemble but the assembly instructions are in the owner's manual but on a Youtube video. I have not had any problems with the ebike yet so I can't tell you costumer service in like. I would recommend this ebike to anyone who lives on long hills.

Im 77 and this is my fourth Ebike, so I know a little about it. The main reason I bought this one is the step through design. Easy on and off. Much safer. Second, battery size. 32ah at this price point is really good. Yes, the juice squirts out fast if you’re running both motors at level 5. But if you’re on a flat surface and peddling with level 1, this guy will last forever. Third, 120 nm with both motors turned on. Hill? What hill? Fourth, hydraulic brakes. Problems: even with battery removed this guy isn’t light. Yes it’s a folder but most people would require two people to put it in a car. Common issue. Customer service: could be better. Bottom line: can’t be beat at this price point. Note: they now offer a 60ah alternative battery size. I’d think about that although it’s considerably more expensive. Also, I added a drop post. Allows leg extension pedaling without sacrificing safety.
