I was impressed with its performance. Its lightweight design. It is very easy to maneuver, even after extended use, which is a huge benefit to my back and arms. The noise level is significantly lower than traditional gas blowers, making it more comfortable to use and friendlier to the neighbors. It is easy to use and efficient, making it ideal for regular yard maintenance.

I purchased this blower a year ago and although it has performed admirably since then, that's about it. Due to the lack of access to parts / consumables (such as air filters, etc.), the longevity of its use becomes very questionable. Since my purchase, I have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, email and chat with ZERO response. ZERO. I'm sure most will agree that since nothing lasts forever, there will come a time when certain items will be needed to keep the blower working - filters, parts that may eventually break, etc. NONE of these are available on Amazon, the Wild Badger website or anywhere else. What they do offer online that the descriptions says fits this particular blower does not even appear to be correct visually. If you're willing to gamble on it, by all means purchase one. But with my experience (or perhaps the lack thereof) with their post-sale support, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this item. You've been warned.

The media could not be loaded. Although the setup is a pain due to poor instructions, it’s a great device. Having said that, the plastic gas housing leaked after the first use. (Annoying) Tips: When connecting the throttle handle, you may need some vice grips if you connect all the tubs first. If you assemble the handle and then loosen it slightly, you should be able to slide on the first tube. Then connect the other tubes. (This will reduce your frustrations). Priming: 10 primes was perfect (instructions on the pull chord were correct) and it runs beautifully. Blower speed and power is adjusted by the power switch on the throttle handle. Once you found the optimal location, you’ll know. (Don’t forget to take it off of stop when you get ready to use it again.) I read several reviews that were very disparaging of this product, but I’d say it’s user error. If you are not patient and expect a quick flip it on and no tweaking needed… buy an electric or a battery powered one. If you want a powerful, lightweight, efficient gas blower… I highly recommend it. Why 4 stars? Instructions and assembly were lacking and the gas leak. (Which I fixed with some bonding)

New to me this spring. 2 stroke, 53cc. 50-1 gas/oil mix. Doesn’t use much fuel. I use 91 octane no ethanol gas. I’ve used the blower 4 or 5 times already this spring/early summer and it fires up effortlessly every time. Just remember to put the red stop switch back into run mode before trying to start it up. I forgot to do that the second time around and was getting frustrated it wouldn’t start up, it was operator error. Read the manual and watch the videos online, it explains the start up process in detail. I did contact the company about buying extra air filters which weren’t available on their website a couple months ago and was told to check back soon as they were expecting them to be available any day and will be on their parts webpage soon. I haven’t checked so they might be available now. So far great purchase, I’m really happy with the performance of the 53cc blower. I’d recommend. Eric in Wisconsin

I ordered a cheap Chinese leaf blower. I got what I ordered. I think the damage it had on arrival is going to prove to be superficial, but it's obvious that all the plastic parts are made of cheap, brittle, easy to break material. It looks pretty nice, but as soon as you touch it it's obvious. *Update* The backpack straps were on the wrong sides. Two second fix that mostly just got a laugh out of me. I've got several big ol' pine trees, and I just used this blower to clean up probably fifty contractor bags worth of pine needles and cones, and it performed admirably. I had to shut it off at one point, and it did NOT want to restart. I walked away for five minutes or so and when I came back, it started up alright. I did notice a little bit of fuel where it shouldn't have been, and I don't know if it was a leak or just escaping from the priming bulb. I ran it with premix, and it did great. Next time I use it I'll mix my own, and see how it does. I'd love to never put any ethanol through it, but my local gas stations all have ethanol and I'm not paying five times the price for premix every time.
