The bag easily holds all the bands and would pack into any suitcase easily for a trip. The only issue I've come across so far was a gash in my 30 lb resistance band. Kind of afraid it will snap on me. For the price of these though, you can't really beat it UPDATE Received at the start of September, currently halfway through october and the handle snapped. I was also fearing the fraying of the straps around the handle but i didn't expect the handle to go first. Especially because I'm only using half of the weight that this was potentially for.

I am a 60-year old woman who wants to get fit, without having to buy lots of expensive equipment, like dumbbells. I am getting a good workout for my arms and legs using these bands. I'm currently using the 20lb band, but like that I can go higher as I get into better shape. The handles are easy to switch and I love the sheet provided that has lots of suggestions on exercises to do based on which part of your body you are working on. I highly recommend this product!
