Love these adjustable height, 360° counter bar stools that I purchased for our new home. I have tall big guys in my house, and 2 short petite women so I needed to accommodate everyone. These worked out perfectly. They are sturdy, easy to assemble. I am disabled and I was able to do them by myself in just about 5 minutes for each one. The Stitching on each stool is done very nice. There are no imperfections on the faux leather. They are easy to wipe off and clean. The foot stool part is in the right spot. They adjust up and down very easily without much effort. The stools also spin smoothly and easily. I prefer this style of pedestal base, we have 3 dogs and this makes it easier to broom up the dog hair around daily. If you have Golden retrievers you know what I mean about the hair. The color is the perfect shade of Gray it’s exactly what I was looking for, and will go great with the paint colors we have picked out, when we paint. I cannot say enough good things about these barstools. You will not be disappointed, I got 2 shipped in 2 days and the other 2 came 1 day ahead of schedule so shipping was quick too. I rarely leave five stars for items as most could use improvement. These bucket seat stools are amazing! They arrived way earlier then expected, in great condition, packaged nicely, took second's to put together. I'm sitting in one now and it's very comfortable. Love the whiskey color. Plether is top notch. Looks real. Stitching great, and the base is not heavy like some I've ran upon so easy to move.. very stable when sitting s d getting up. No problem. My boyfriend is 6'4 and he sits very comfortable in them. He loves them. Very satisfied with this purchase and definitely recommend. ... show more

I'm 5'4", 145 pounds and I find the stool a bit small. It's well built, easy to assemble, and comfortable. Price is great. I'm just not so sure a 350 pound person would be comfortable as advertised.

I have been searching for new bar stools and knew what kind of seat I was looking for. The back is supportive and steady. They are a solid weight, not super heavy but enough to be substantial. The material is of good quality and so far hasn’t had any problems and wipe down easily. They look good as well, I have a lot of cool tones on my kitchen so am trying to mix some warmth in there with a modern look. I do love how these can be adjusted. I do kind of wish I got the walnut or darker color, the light ones are just fine though, the set up is super easy. Fits the bar, adjusts with the hydraulic just fine. Seems to be of good quality. No complaints.

    • Great stools with flawed base

We love these stools. We have friends and family that want to buy them after seeing ours. The seats are very comfortable and we love that they swivel and can adjust higher for our kids. Now the cons, the base needs a lot of work. It is very light weight and makes the stool top heavy, especially when adjusted to be taller. The first night we had it our niece was rescued from crashing to the floor, simply by trying to get off of it. This has happened to adults using it as well. It is more stable when adjusted to the lowest level, but that defeats the purpose of having a height adjustable stool. The other issue is the base seems to be tilted a bit. We cannot find any way of adjusting it. It makes it so you feel wobbly while swiveling in the chair. It almost seems like it is getting worse over time. Given the price and comfort of these stools it is hard to complain. I just wish they had a more stable, straight, and higher quality base. It looks like most stools of this style on Amazon have a very similar base, so I am sure these stools are not alone with this issue. If these stools could update and fix the base, they would be perfect. I would have a hard time recommending anyone with kids to buy these. For anyone else, if you can overlook the flaws they are great! ... show more
