5 star so far. Fairly easy install. very quiet both inside and out. as a extra measure I installed the purple flare seals as this is a weak point in these types of systems. BTU's seem to be correct, I have a 20X35' room with only one door as a heat source and cools down in 15 minutes. Will update if any problems occur. One complaint no reading of current room temperature, only the one it is set to. App and wifi works too.

Absolutely awsome ac unit. Install was very simple. It does come in 3 boxes, and if you are a DIY person you will need a vacuum pump, manifold, and the correct fittings. Took us less then 2 hours for our home. Went from an ac that couldn't keep up to the 12k and its cools 60% of our home so we were able to remove 2 window units. Definitely plan on getting a second one

Absolute garbage, don’t waste your time or money with this unit or the company that makes it. After installation the unit doesn’t power on. I’ve been trying to get a solution to the problem from the seller for 20 days as I write this. The company takes a week to respond to emails, with no solution to the problem just asking for my order number again. The company has one phone number for their two supposed locations in the US, but no one answers calls, just a recording telling you they are helping another customer and leave a message that never gets a response. The chat bot is about as useful, it took 15 days for it to ask for my order number again. Just a Chinese scam company selling a product that is absolute junk and offers no customer support. Since I’ve been trying to get a solution to getting the unit working the return/replace window has closed, so I’m apparently stuck with the A/C and will have to try and get it fixed through a third party. Sad that Amazon allows such shady companies to sell their products through them.

The indoor and outdoor units are working well, it’s been only a week ago that I installed it, it was easy to install. Would have given it five stars but was led to believe I was getting the copper tubing with the new connection ends also missing plastic wall tube and ring caps.

I purchased 3 systems one month ago. I had them installed by a technician. All of them worked perfectly. However, I experienced loss of Freon few days later for 2 out of 3 systems. I contacted the customer service for the warranty. I have to shout out for their excellent and professional customer service. It was later determine that the leak was caused by the installation. They even reimbursed me for the service for the leak, even though, it was not the system fault.
