Why did you pick this product vs others?: This AC saved me. I live full time in a 5th wheel RV and live near Vegas so although my ACs work good they have to work very hard. Installed this in my bedroom and it keeps me and my 8lb dog almost too cold at 80 degrees setting. Works great to cool down our house, is quite a bit louder than implied though. Not as bad as our previous AC though so it can be ignored while we watch TV. Connecting it to the app you can have on your phone is a little tedious. But the remote it comes with works great. Very happy about it so far

Ice ice baby!! 🥶🥶 it is pretty quite, kinda gives off a “night light” effect. It’s not bright . But all in all this has been a great ac unit. East to set up and keeps the room very cold.

Quick version don't buy it if you're going to buy one get it at a store so that way if something is wrong you can either replace it or refund it easier. Now for the long version of what was wrong at first it worked fine but after a while it started shooting water in my room I looked it up and apparently that's due to either too much water in the unit which is supposed to drain from a little hole but it didn't have one and also can be due to low levels of the cooling liquid so when I try to get it refunded because I needed one ASAP and had already gotten a new one they were a total pain to send it back would have cost me the amount it took to buy it when I tried talking to them they kept on pretty much insisting that I got it repaired somewhere and that they would pay for the repairs but never gave an recommendation and when I told them that I just didn't need any of that done and just wanted it return so I can get my money back they pretty much told me that if i returned it they were only going to give me about 60% of my money back ... show more
