I’ll admit, at this price point, this has to be crap. For the 230v, I needed to hire an electrician (all good). The unit comes recharged and the YouTube installation guide was simple. Cools quickly, quietly. Very very happy with this so far.

5 star so far. Fairly easy install. very quiet both inside and out. as a extra measure I installed the purple flare seals as this is a weak point in these types of systems. BTU's seem to be correct, I have a 20X35' room with only one door as a heat source and cools down in 15 minutes. Will update if any problems occur. One complaint no reading of current room temperature, only the one it is set to. App and wifi works too. ... show more

    • Five stars for quality, ease of install... works perfect on a 230 sq ft bedroom
I ordered this item based on the cost but mostly the 4.5 star feedback. The unit was very easy to install, I vacuumed the pipe for about 30 minutes, then opened the valve 3 /4s for about 5 seconds to equalize the pressure with freon, removed the vacuum pump then completed as shown in the videos. works fantastic, the mobile app is great..... ... show more

The indoor and outdoor units are working well, it’s been only a week ago that I installed it, it was easy to install. Would have given it five stars but was led to believe I was getting the copper tubing with the new connection ends also missing plastic wall tube and ring caps.

    • Easy to install but does require some tech know how
Absolutely awsome ac unit. Install was very simple. It does come in 3 boxes, and if you are a DIY person you will need a vacuum pump, manifold, and the correct fittings. Took us less then 2 hours for our home. Went from an ac that couldn't keep up to the 12k and its cools 60% of our home so we were able to remove 2 window units. Definitely plan on getting a second one ... show more
