First time I have bought a replacement insole for my barefoot zero drop shoes. These seem to be good. Not real thick but okayl Fit the shoes as they should. I am unsure of how they will hold up over time. It seems as if they will be fine, I will add an update if they turn out to be problematic.

Works great to replace the insoles for my barefoot shoes Vivobarefoot. Almost the identical shape to the original insoles. I did not even need to cut it or anything.

    • Firm, very comfortable. Light blue are different thickness than advertised.

These are outstanding insoles. I replace pretty much all of my stock insoles with these. I wear several different styles of Altras (Lone Peaks, Torins, and Experience Wilds) and a pair of Lems. The 44 fit my size 10 Altras perfectly and the 43 fit my 9.5’s. The insoles are extremely comfortable. They are definitely on the firmer side which I prefer. Soft/mushy stock insoles feel nice at first, but they require more effort to walk and aren’t as good for foot health and stability as firmer insoles. The Whitin also seem to maintain their shape/thickness better than softer stock insoles. Important note: the darker pair are basically 4mm thick across the whole insole as advertised. But the light blue are about 4.7mm in the forefoot (definitely thicker forefoot than the dark pair even though they both say 4mm), and 5.5mm at the heel. So the drop is about 0.8mm, not 2mm. I hesitated to buy these for a while, as my trusty barefoot sneakers developed a hole in the insole. "It's not that bad," I would tell myself, but it was noticeably falling apart. Well, I decided to bite the bullet and buy this two-pack, mainly holding off because Whitin has updated it's sizing to American standard, and I couldn't find my ordered size in any of my emails - until I realized the size (42) was barely visible on the original insole heel. D'oh. Ordered these, replacing was a cinch! Not until I fully removed the old ones did I truly realize how awful they had become. Sliding these new ones in place was secure, and fit my old shoes PERFECTLY, despite hundreds of miles of wear. No cutting required. They're like brand new again!! Yes, the sole has worn, but there's still plenty of life left, and with these new insoles, I've got another thousand miles to go. If you're on the fence - buy them already!! Now I've got an extra pair for when these eventually run thru, but I imagine the soles will give out before these will. ... show more
