I purchased two tarps, one to make a carport and one to make a boathouse. This was the third season on both and they are holding up great. I use the carport to store the boat in the off season and had some concern about it carrying a fair amount of snow load in winter, so far the grommets have remained intact. They were a fraction of the cost of a canvas tarp and I don't have to be concerned with mildew or rot. For my purposes they were a good investment.

I live year-round in eastern Tennessee, where it freezes quite a bit of the winter and is very hot and sunny all summer. This tarp lasted me two years before I purchased another one and I could’ve actually patched the original but I kept it to patch it to cover my kayaks, johnboat and other things. This is an amazing tarp. I use the shiny side out on the summer keeps my RV nice and cool. My utility bill is $25 a month! I turn it over in the winter so the black side as it melts the snow Not one bit of mold underneath. It has been amazing keeps my RV nice and warm in the winter and I go through maybe 100 gallons of propane a year. This is the only tarp I will buy. !! I definitely want to make sure my 84 Lazydays roof stays nice, so I want to keep the weather off of it!! I have had several huge storms come through, and this tarp doesn’t budge. It’s heavy it stays still, wonderfully amazingly, made product.!
