I wouldn’t recommend this vanity. The material feels super cheap — like mashed-up wood — and even when I screwed things in carefully, the wood stripped several times. One of the cabinets actually broke during assembly because it was so thin. The instructions were super confusing and made no sense at times. Some parts had to be assembled upside down, which was just weird. It took hours to put together, and I almost broke it trying to get the wobbly pieces to fit. It’s usable and has held up so far, but honestly, I’m not sure how long it’ll last. It’s definitely not worth nearly $200. Use your money to get a vanity that’s better quality and way less frustrating.

I purchased this vanity as a gift for a friend's daughter. She LOVES it! It's a perfect size for her bedroom, and the assembly didn't take too much time. Assembling it was similar to when I've built Ikea furniture, so it's relatively easy to set up in comparison. I will mention the box is fairly heavy, so just make sure you are super strong or have help getting it inside your space. The vanity feels sturdy (especially based on how heavy it is) and well-made, with a sleek and modern design that fits beautifully in her space. The built-in mirror with adjustable LED lighting is a fantastic feature; she loves having the option to switch between the different lighting settings to get the perfect lighting for practicing her makeup skills, hair styling, or just taking cringy selfies. It has plenty of storage for all of her self-care items and a sufficient amount of counter space to inevitably be covered in tons of makeup and haircare stuff. For the cost, this is the perfect gift for a pre-teen or teen, and if you are on the fence about getting it, I would just say get it. It's lovely, modern-looking, and overall a great buy.
