Changed rating to 1 - but customer service has been great. Pros: Quiet, pretty easy install, worked well for a while. Cons: Lasted 2 months then quit cooling. Guess I'll see how good the warranty is. Warranty experience: (turned out to be worthwhile) So far it is talk with someone answering standard questions: is it plugged into an extension cord, is it installed correctly, etc. Opened a ticket and have a case number, had to send pics of the install inside and outside the home, receipt and shipping address. Also wanted the serial number which isn’t on the label. Told a tech will contact you by email in 3-5 days. 2nd Update Replacement unit being sent, current warranty extends to replacement unit. Better than being ghosted. 3rd Update 11/22/25 Replacement unit has failed. Contacted the company again and waiting on a reply. ... show more

Very efficient , fast cooling air conditioning , almost silent , can easily hold a conversation standing right next to it , it is replacing an older mini split system I had and runs primarily off solar power I have at my house , it cools better and uses less power than the older mini split , the drip pan is the best I’ve ever seen on any of these through windows designs so a drip situation inside the house should never be an issue “ I tilted mine 4.5 degrees “ ... show more

Very good AC. It cools most of my house and I live in a small craftsmen bungalow. My house is a three bedroom with the last bedroom being at the very back of the house. Everything stays cool except the back bedroom so I have a small unit in that bedroom. Installing it takes two people and you need to remove the unit from the compartment it sits in and install the compartment first. ... show more

Be absolutely sure you check this item upon delivery. My bad, I purchased ahead of season and allowed time to get away from me before I was able to check the condition of the unit after it arrived. The box has no damage, so I had little concern, however after the installation I saw that the cage it sets it was bent and set crooked in my window. The unit will run great and cools great, however on occasion it will shake my wall like we're having an earthquake. Not sure if this happened in manufacturing or shipping, but I am very disappointed. With the clean condition of the box and the fact that the shell has no indication that it has been dropped after it was painted, I'm leaning toward manufacturing. I truly can't be sure, but I'm very disappointed. This is supposed to be a very quiet unit, but because of this, it has a tendency to rattle and sound like an engine revving-up at times. I gave it three stars because of this, however, on the flip side, this unit does cool the area very well, even in the condition it arrived. ... show more

Amazingly quiet and efficiently cools our place.. worth every penny, the 15k btu that runs on 120volts is great because we have the option of running it on a generator if our power ever went out.. my generator said it only draws 650-680 watts to run at full power so that is very impressive given the output of cold air it gives ... show more
