Our kiddo loved it until the battery died. And then we realized we didn't have a USB cable to charge it. Pretty sure we didn't accidentally throw it out. Any possibility for a new one or replacement USB cable?

Got this for my 5 year old for Christmas. It seemed like a well-made watch and she absolutely loved it. The content is perfect for her age. Two days later, she accidentally knocked it off her nightstand and the screen cracked (on a carpeted floor!). Now the touchscreen doesn't respond and she can't play any games. If it came with a better screen protector (the sticker one it came with didn't do a thing to protect the screen), I'd consider buying again. Otherwise, not really worth the money to replace for the fragility. ... show more

We bought two of these watches for my kids. The first one cracked and the screen broke, shards of glass and everything. Amazon replaced it thankfully. The second one has had charging errors for a while and when I finally reached out to just have it replaced, there is no way to contact the company, even though they offer a "1-year warranty". And Amazon will keeps giving me the run around because I'm passed the return window. But if you're going to work with a company that is sketchy and has no way to contact them, that falls on you in my opinion. i tried THREE times to at least get a refund that Amazon offered me VERY passive aggressively, and then when it's time to send me the shipping label, the connection conveniently ends.
