My previous review tagged this item at 3 stars as the lightweight band snapped after three workouts. The others have held up fine, but I was bummed as that was the best warmup band. However, the seller reached out and said they would be happy to replace the band. They actually sent an entirely new set which is greatly appreciated. I think, for the price, these are a great home gym addition to have on hand. They've been great for warmups, stretching, pullup assists and even adding some resistance to weight training.

I bought these because they were resistance bands (duh) which I wanted for some light strength training and stretching in between gym days. They came with a simple drawstring storage bag which is nice. The package calls them "pull up assist bands". Compared to the usual stretchy cords at the gym, these provide a wide range of resistance - and the largest green one is extremely stout. I'm using them as resistance bands for plyometric and strength training, (not for pullup assist) and they work awesome For context I'm 6'1 and about 170lbs. I lift weights and work in construction and run regularly, and typically bench press about 10x140lbs. I'm not a power lifter but I'm a reasonably strong capable guy. These provide all the resistance I need and more to do any exercise right up to failure. With the heavy green one looped behind my back, I can just barely extend both my arms in a pressing motion. The thinner bands are quite a bit lighter - maybe more like a 10 or 15 or 20 lb weight for lateral raises and things like that. It's a nice range from light right up to pretty heavy. I'm still getting used to them and figuring out exactly what combination is right for my routine - but overall I'm very happy with what I got for the money. These are not a yoga accessory - they are for strength training. It's not unique to this product exactly, but I'm also liking how bands complement my usual workout. They can add resistance to excercises that are hard to do with weights. Things like lateral abductions, weighted pushups, and seated rows are super easy to do now and the bands are light enough and small enough to stash in a drawer. 5 stars.

Usually I use the resistance bands at our local "Y" gym...but we are living through the COVID-19 pandemic, so that option is, for the time being, not so attractive! :/ With germ-free workouts in mind, I purchased these resistance bands to use at home. They are nice and sturdy--good quality with an acceptable--for me & my spouse--range of resistance! They arrived in a neat, practical nylon tote bag, so it will be easy to take them on trips, etc. if I should need to travel.

After I received the set of 4 bands, I noticed a cut in one of the band and I could easily contact seller and they immediately shipped a replacement band. The seller is very trustworthy and they do provide lifetime guarantee. Quality of bands is very good and I am able to stretch them to almost 2X of their original size. I am doing pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, biceps-curl-ups, triceps etc using all of these bands.

They are easy to learn to use and allow you to have a range of exercises using a single type of equipment. For people on the go they allow flexibility to an exercise schedule - throw them in a suitcase and you can exercise almost anywhere. If you are looking for an inexpensive, flexible, travelable piece of exercise equipment – resistance band are a great solution.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and excellent range of tensions which are available with these bands. I was working out with weights for many years and am moderately strong. Of course, I have lost strength during the pandemic. I think these bands are superior to using weights in order to begin to get my muscles and ligaments moving again, with less strain on them. There are a number of excellent videos online teaching various exercises you can do with these. After several weeks, I can already feel a difference. These bands are a great value and a tremendous bang for the buck. I highly recommend them.

These bands are soft enough to use on bare hands, feet without shoes, or wrap to round the back of your neck, yet they provide all the resistance advertised. My Trainer hadn't used this brand but labeled them "great." Easy to grab the right one as they're color coded and the varying widths make their resistance obvious. I find them more comfortable and adaptable than the "PT bands" I've been using, and less of a bite than round bands. Their length seems just right for the five or six exercises I use them for.

I would’ve never thought these would be worth my time, but now I stand corrected. I coworker had it at work and I tried the black brand for about two minutes and was sold. Mines just came in yesterday and it seems to be worth it. It’s a lot easier than going to the gym and the resistance is a different kind of workout. It seems to be more concentrated on my muscles and not my joints.
