We have an old golf cart that didn't come with a charger or plug. I bought a matching plug (also on Amazon) to the charger. I strapped the unit under the seat, and basically have an onboard charger I just plug into the nearest outlet.     • The led doesn't turn green after2 days on the charger
So the led never turn green after 2 days on the charger, I tested with a multi meter and it did charge the batteries, so I turn around and bought a led volt display and it shows the actual charge which was 37V and it been a few days Ive used it twice and now its reading lower. But it's working I just dont know why it doesn't turn green. It's now Nov 4 2022 and This never turns green I had to buy 6 new batteries 3 of them were bloated indicating they were over charge. I plugged it t in after installing my New batteries The Meter on my cart shows 37v and the unit will not shut off. So this unit cause me to spend $900. on new batteries and now im looking for a new charger. If it doesnt turn green send it back ... show more

Just purchased 5 months ago and it will no longer charge are batteries fully. No way to contact customer service horrible product.
