Love this sofa!! Just delivered, and we just finished assembling, so still might look a bit wrinkly at the moment. I bought the 5 piece set plus two extra armless pieces. Light gray. (ottoman arriving today). I bought them to replace a darker gray leather sofa and love seat. I had wanted a modular sofa and had seen one at Costco and also looked on Wayfair and other websites. Based on the rave reviews for this sofa on Amazon, I made my purchase. I’m truly wowed! Super quality and the look is amazing! Honestly, I can’t think of anything not to love about this! I love the firmness of the cushions and the great back support. I’m 5’3” and I love that I can sit on it and my feet touch the floor. (Often when I sit back on a sofa, my feet are off the floor). On that note, my husband is 5’11” and finds this sofa very comfortable. He sits straighter and says that his back feels better than on the old leather sofa (it was so soft that he tended to slouch). You can see the acrylic corner pieces (we have cats). Our cats don’t typically claw the furniture, but every now and then. We’ll probably keep a waterproof throw over these pieces as they are easier to wash or clean fur off of.. I’m going to order 2 more arm pieces today to create a large chair or small loveseat for the other to face the 3 seat unit. Pictures show the sofa ( two arm pieces and one armless) and then 3 armless pieces together. I absolutely love that depending on what I want to move around in the living room, I can configure these in any way! That’s exciting! Easy to assemble and you can easily slide a little brace piece to anchor units together so they don’t move. Overall I would highly recommend!! UPDATE: I still LOVE my sofa and additional pieces (I've ordered more since the photos). I had messaged the seller since then to ask about items that were at the time out of stock and when they would be restocked. I got speedy response and was super happy with their customer service!! Absolutely stellar!! I have told everyone about how pleased I am. On my recommendation, my daughter ordered one of the U Shape sofas for her step daughter. She loves it! Yesterday my daughter ordered the U Shape Sofa 2 (at full price of around $1000) for my grandson and I ordered 2 extra corners to go with. Just a few hours after I noticed that the price (for the sofa) had dropped by around $250. My daughter contacted Amazon, but since the sofa had already been shipped, they could not adjust the price and credit her. She figured she'd just suck it up and accept that. Amazon's only solution was that she refuse to accept delivery or had it shipped back upon delivery. (and then reorder at the lower price). Seemed a bit crazy to us, but that's what they said. She didn't want my grandson (who was in another state) to have to deal with that! I suggested that I contact the seller just to enquire. (it was worth a shot). She was unable to contact them on her end as the link kept leading her to the automated Amazon Assistant. I explained to the seller that I understood totally if they couldn't do anything because the sofa had been shipped. I explained what had happened and what Amazon's solution was. Again I said I totally understood if nothing could be done, but figured there was no harm in asking. I gave them the information about the order, including a screenshot. This morning I received a reply from the seller. They were refunding $250 to my daughter's account! I truly wasn't expecting that, but that was very kind of them! I cannot say enough good things about the products and the seller. I've contacted them a few times to ask questions and they have always responded quickly and provided all of the information I needed. Super product, Super company!!

I got this sectional sofa for my fireplace room, and I appreciate the flexible design of this sofa because it gives me freedom to move the sofa around and create a completely different look to my fireplace room anytime. At first, I have assembled my sectional sofa into a cozy U shape sofa, and I invited my family over a couple of nights ago to have dinner with me and come try out my new sofa, we all enjoyed it so much and we were very comfortable sitting on this sofa. And I appreciate the fact that I can remove the covers from the back cushions to clean, as well as remove the covers from the sofa seat cushions because after everybody left, I noticed that my new sofa had some food crumbs right on top of my seat cushions so, I quickly open the zippers, removed the covers, closed the zippers right back and put the covers to wash. Even though the fabric of these sofa seat cushions seemed strong, I washed the covers in the wash machine using a clear and mild liquid laundry detergent, with cold water only, and on the delicate cycle because I did not want to take any chances and end up damaging neither the fabric nor the covers. After the sofa covers were washed, I let them air dry overnight, and I got up early in the morning the next day to check on my sofa covers. After I checked them carefully, I am glad to say that the covers did not have any food stains. Then, I placed the cushions right back inside of the covers. Because I thought that if I postpone placing the sofa cushions back inside of the covers, the cushions may not fit inside of the covers later. And there is one detail that I believe it is important for me to share, each cover has a zipper on one side only, so I had to squeeze the cushions a little bit to make them pass through the zipped area located on the side of each cover. Once the cushions got inside of the covers, I tapped the cushions around to make sure that the cushions would be well distributed and fit properly in the covers and I placed a few softener sheets inside of each cover and zipped the covers right back and not only my sofa cushions look brand new again but, my entire fireplace room got a suave aroma which made my sofa feel fresh, clean, and inviting. Additionally, this sofa has thick seat cushions that are not too firm nor too soft, the seat cushions are somewhere in the middle between soft and firm, but they do feel comfortable even if I am sitting on the sofa for a while. Furthermore, while the sofa armrests are more on the firm side, the back cushions are the opposite, the back cushions are padded and feel very soft and comfortable on my back, just the way I like. In addition to that, each seat has a built-in storage space, so I got some of the blankets that were taking up most of the space in my closet and I placed these blankets inside of a few seats and I still have storage space left in a couple of seats so, it is not bad at all. Yesterday I had a movie night in my house, so I decided to change my sectional sofa into a comfortable sofa bed, then, I put some fluffy pillows around, got some popcorn, placed a few snacks by the table, and I put some clean soft blankets over my sofa bed, to make the sofa extra soft and cozy so I could comfortably watch the movie and sleep in my sofa bed after the movie finished. Moreover, I like the fact that just by changing the shape of my sofa around, adding some fluffy throw pillows and soft blankets to my sectional sofa, my fireplace room looks clean, cozy, modern, and ended up with an entirely new look that I found very relaxing.
