We purchased this couch to have more flexibility in arranging a smaller living room, and it is definitely living up to expectations. Delivery was quick, in fact quicker than initially reported. Installation was easy, I did it on my own with no additional tools needed. Pros: - it can be configured in multiple combinations (as all modulars should) - it is relatively compact and not bulky, but still spacious and comfortable - the under-the-seat storage is amazing, much bigger than what I expected - the seat depth is great. I'm 5'2" tall/short and most couches are uncomfortable for me because the seats are too deep, so I have to lean back too much to reach the backrest. This couch has back cushions that are removable, so if you're taller and want the deeper seat, you can just remove the cushion. With the cushions in place, it provides appropriate back support for shorter people without having to lean back too much. Cons: - I only found one so far - the arm rest and the back rest panels can recline at an angle, which is great. But I have found that getting them to lock back into a straight/upright position is a hit-or-miss. It may be because the reclining joint is at the same level with the seat cushion, so the cushion kind of gets in the way. For us, this is an inconvenience at best; the overall functionality of this couch far outweighs the reclining issue.

We were apprehensive about ordering a couch off of Amazon but this couch has exceeded our expectations! We love how we can rearrange the couch into different formations depending on what we need it for. It is also super comfortable and feels sturdy. The added storage is great as well. Putting it together was super simple as I did it on my own in under an hour. At first, it seems a little small but the cushion fluff out pretty quickly and look great! The adjustable back rests are more convenient than I thought and still feel very sturdy. The main complaints are that the cushions are not attached to the tops of the base so they move around and then it’s harder to open the storage. A little piece of Velcro would help with this issue. Additionally, the tap to open the ottomans aren’t great quality and one of them has started to fall off. Overall, I would recommend this to a friend and would consider purchasing again!

Overall it is a great little sofa. It was easy to assemble, for the most part. Put on the backs before putting on the legs it is easier to line up the bolts. Ok what I do not like - 1) Cushions on the sofa are hard, we have had this about a month and they are not getting softer. 2) If you put it on the carpet take off the felt bottoms on the legs and replace with 2" carpet sliders 3) I am 5'9" and the back is way too low, the cushion is about 4" higher but without that back support your forced to sit up or just lay down. We did get it for the ability to transform into an extra bed, but we ended up buying a 3" topper to put on it when someone sleeps on it. The cushions are just too hard.

I just received this couch. I was honestly impressed by the quality. The bases/storage pieces were already put together. Just had to assemble the backs and sides which were pretty easy to do. Each seat has a storage compartment. I ordered beige so we will see how it holds up with my children and animals. My only wish is that it sat higher because we are tall. Other than that, it’s a quality couch for the price. I think that it will hold up and be an awesome fit for us.

Hello all, I am writing this in hopes of saving the future person from buying this. To begin, the quality of this sofa is bad, flat out, so all of the reviews saying good quality might not be realistic. Next, this thing is extremely small, sitting on it is really uncomfortable. The back of the couch is uncomfortable and the “pillows” if you can even call them that are horrible. Now moving on to the worst part. I have been trying to return this item since the day it arrived at my home. At first communication with Amazon service was going fine, they told me they would send me shipping label in which I didn’t have to pay anything. However it turns out the COSTUMER has to pay all the shipping costs back (~$3000). Anyways I didn’t hear from Amazon within the time frame they gave me. So I gave a call back. Now they are saying that I have to pay shipping returns if I “really” want to return it. The customer service person who spoke to me was really condescending and rude. She constantly kept on interrupting me and raising her voice. So please run away from this purchase, chances are you will find something much much better for the price and won’t have to deal with bad customer service. I am extremely disappointed with how Amazon is handling this. Apparently I am not the only experiencing this issue. If you go under “1 star” reviews for this item, you will see other people are experiencing the same issue. Also the lady who was rude to me, put on hold, without warning, and has not to picked up the phone ever since

First let me say this. The fed ex driver left half of my furniture in the rain. I contacted Weture. Let me tell you. A couple pics to prove my case. Soggy wet furniture that was ruined. This company sent out replacement pieces asap. I can't say how easy it was to work with them. I will but more frm them. This is a great company. The furniture is do comfortable. Easy to assemble, versatile. I put this furniture in my yacht to replace an old ugly couch. What a huge surprise. The furniture is exactly true to the sizes they tell you. It fit like it was made for my boat. Thank you Weture for all of your help and being so diligent with sending out new furniture replacement pieces. Like I said. I will buy from you again.

I have never written an Amazon review but the reviews are what helped me buy this couch and I’m so glad I did. It’s so worth the price. The customer service is great, the setup was easy, and the couch is beautiful and comfortable. It is a firm (but not hard) couch which I prefer. I love the storage, the removable covers, the fabric material, the modular design, and it comes with connectors to keep the pieces in place. The wrinkles on the sides of the couch cushions that you see in many review photos including mine are truly just wrinkles from being shrunk and come out over time and I also imagine after a steam or a wash. The only comments I have are that the seat cushions aren’t that deep and my feet hang off the ottoman so they just aren’t super big (I have mine in the U shape). I would still consider it a couch great for small spaces as I never thought a sectional or couch this size would fit in my small apartment and am so glad I tried it! I hope they restock the ottoman pieces so I can add more to my couch!

1. Two of the four back pieces cracked and broke in under a few weeks of normal daily use, attempting to get replacement back pieces has been a nightmare of ai chatbot customer service. If I end up getting any replacements I will update the review. 2. The fabric is cheap and collects large amounts of human and pet hair and needs regular vacuuming . 3. The layout and re-combinability of seat modules is easy and gives flexibility to how you use it. 4. The seat backs are much lower on the back than typical furniture store couches, which means that you will be most comfortable if you slump in the couch seat with your feet up. 5. The side armrests are adjustable, which is a feature that I don’t find useful, and is another thing I have to guard against getting broken. We wouldn’t buy again if given the option. It has been disappointing and frustrating to try and get the seller to make things right.
