Had the colored lights stop working on the unit right away. Then the power button tore and made the unit no longer sealed. Sent a warranty email and got 1 reply to send phone number etc. that was a month ago. Never got another reply. Terrible customer service and product.

The whole process with a soundbar has been a nightmare. First it was lost and then replacement ordered, then lost and then a third replacement order. Then once I received it in I spent over 2 hours trying to install and figure out why I wasn't getting power getting so aggravated and as a last-ditch effort decided to open up the soundbar itself and realized as seen in the attached picture it was not connected and then on top of that the bracket sent does not work on a side by side. So I have to order additional brackets $ 80 plus so I still can't fully install this sound bar. ... show more

We bought this to replace a cheaper soundbar in our rzr sxs. So disappointed. Zero and I mean zero base. My $200 one was awesome but after 4 years needed replaced. I thought I was upgrading. Definately not. $800 bar that I’m stuck with
