It still glides through my super baby fine thinner hair with ease and no pulling or feeling as if it is tearing at my hair. Feels great on my scalp, like a little massage. This type of brush is the absolute best. Tangles are drastically reduced, making it much easier to brush through your hair, wet or dry. My only problem is that the caps at the end of the bristles are made of organic plastic... and that stuff breaks down quickly, especially if you use any sort of oil-based products in your hair. Once the cap breaks down and falls off, the sharp edge of the non-organic plastic bristle is left and it scratches the scalp pretty badly. Unfortunately, all brush manufacturers now subscribe to this planned obsolescence. I have a brush from the 90s and it still works great, but all new brushes break down, usually within a year, sometimes less. That being said, this is one of the best brushes on the market, hands down. I introduce everyone I love to these brushes and they never go back to the traditional brush. ... show more

I didn't expect to like this brush as much as I do, it works great on thick and thin hair. I originally got it for my husband who has thin hair that stays knotted but when I tried it I fell in love! I have thick hair and usually brushes don't just glide through immediately but this one does. I love that it has both boar and nylon bristles as well which is great for thin hair :) I have not used it on wet hair yet like it claims you can do because you're not supposed to get boar bristles super wet. If you do make sure to air dry them and excessive heat isn't good for them either. I will be ordering myself one and some minis. ... show more
