This comb is A-mazing! Especially, for curly hair! It’s great for untangling! I would know because I get the worst knots after I shampoo in the shower. I only use this comb in the shower and it’s worked wonders! It does cut the time in half when I comb out my knots and it doesn’t pull on my hair which is another bonus! I saw this comb as a tried and true for a hair influencer and she was absolutely right. I was skeptical about using a comb to detangle my hair because it gets super tangled and knotty (I have wavy/curly hair) but it really does work great! I am a very busy hairdresser, and I love these combs. Obviously, It is meant to dangle, wet hair, the Wavy teeth on the comb do a great job at that. The reason I like this when the most is, it's got that thick candle. The cheaper ones are all very thin, They still work, but I have big hands and having that thicker grip on the handle, keeps it from slipping around when you Hit a tangle! I think these are double the price of the thin handled ones, but I would say they were worth five times the price! ... show more

This is a good mild detangler. If you have anything more substantial look elsewhere. The issue is that the teeth easily break if there is much pressure applied. Have had three and all three broke out teeth when up against harder tangles
