It not a bad buy, it just could be better, it works well, its not to load, but the big problem is the plastic tray that go brittle after about a few hundred hours of use.

Does a better job maintaing temperature than cheaper models I've tried. It dries a little uneven, but rotating trays half way through helps. Controls are in the back, so on a counter they're hard to reach. Initially I would have given a 3-4 star review, but after a year I might have to toss this thing and get something better. After about 20 uses the trays are now cracking and falling apart. Manufacturer doesn't have this model listed on any replacement trays and no measurements listed to check compatibility. If this company is not going to sell replacement trays, you're throwing your money away. After about 20 uses the trays become brittle and break. You can't run it with even one missing, so I guess they need to list is as disposable.Way to overpriced for something that has a short life span.
