It won't come off if you get wet, rather has to be scrubbed with soap and water. I used to used self tanner but it is so messy, takes forever to dry and smells horrible. I will add a photo at some point, but this matched my summer skin tone PERFECTLY to my shock (all my olive-undertoned girlies of all races know the struggle). I have stretch marks everywhere and IT DOES NOT COVER SILVER, OLD STRETCH MARKS which is mainly why I got it so that sucked. BUT… IT COVERS HYPERPIGMENTATION (PROBABLY NEW, PURPLE STRETCH MARKS INCLUDED) AWESOMELY!! In the winter I mix it with a lighter Dermablend shade and hyperpigmentation is gone with no worries. I also only apply it with a tightly packed-body brush. I’ll have to live with my stretch marks (sigh) but hyperpigmentation worries are less of a worry now. It does transfers slightly no matter how long you wait to dry but it has washed off all my clothes so far (not so much on white though lol). I’ll test it in water and get back to everyone when the weather turns in the next few months.

For an African American woman, this product has its flaws. First of all, the color of the product is noticeably not consistent to my natural skin tone. More than that , it is a mess . It comes off easy and stain everything that I touch. I was hoping for better results after looking at the reviews.

I recently purchased this product to try it out prior to a beach trip I have planned. I had knee surgery last year and have a pretty large scar on my leg. I was actually pretty surprised at how well the makeup diminished the look of the scar. For color reference, in store-bought makeup I'm usually a Cappuccino; in Mac, I'm NW45 and Bronze Radiance was a perfect match. (The first picture posted is after one application of makeup. The second picture is of the brush I picked up on Amazon for $6.99 because I wasn't going to pay $40 for a brush. It worked just fine!) *Also: I have very sensitive skin and I did not experience any irritation,eczema breakouts, itchiness, etc. while wearing this product.
