Sugar scrub's and especially ones that are scented nicely like a pina colada (great for summer time use too), might be a bit frou-frou for guys but that doesn't matter as much since it's important to take care of your skin and keep it soft while also looking good. I like how the sugar scrub is filled to the top of the jar/tub. It smells great, has a thick kind of paste like feel so it seems tough to scoop some onto a finger without grabbing a huge glob or too little. Also doesn't seem to dry my skin out much at all, and mine's in the dry and sensitive category; especially during colder months. It can cause some slight redness because the scrub has a coarse sandy feel, but again seems like when it's warmer out, air isn't too dry, using warm enough but not hot water the sugar scrub gives your skin a noticeably polished feel after you rinse it vs before. Might experiment if using the sugar scrub on clean but towel dried skin after a shower I guess, is what one article I read said, is best or if using it on clean wet skin is better? Great overrall though, plan on buying another one but maybe try a different more subtle scent. ... show more

I already knew I loved Tree Hut scrubs but was worried about ordering it from Amazon and worried about how the product would hold up in shipping. When it arrived the scrub had obviously tumbled around quite a bit, I wish these scrubs had a sanitary seal over the op but they don’t. That being said it was totally sealed when it arrived.
