When it runs it works great. Pump went out within 3 weeks. Called customer service. They sent a replacement for free. Pump did not have the key so it would not work. I called customer service back. Thatโs when everything went down hill. I called 5 times in three weeks. Every time I get the same BS response is that they will escalate the issue and a person will call me back. Itโs been 5 weeks since the first call. No one has called me back nor will customer service do anything but escalate the issue. I finally bought the key. Now the PW works. Only for a short time and now the gun handle leaks all over. Will not even attempt to call Westinghouse. Will buy a gun online. I canโt say customer service is horrible because they must not have one. Will never buy any type Westinghouse product for as long as I am alive. Even if there is no other choice.

This is a solidly build pressure washer. Much more pressure than I expected. I would definitely buy it again. Solid metal and very swell built. What surprised me was the volume of water this unit produces. I have used electric and small gas homeowner pressure washers, however the voume of water from this unit was twice what I experienced in the past. I did have an issue. The pressure washer arrived with a bent wheel. I called Customer Service and waited a few minutes on hold. A very nice young lady answered the line and very quickly ordered a new wheel to be sent out in a couple of days. At the time, I had only inspected it and she made sure to tell me that if I had any issues, just to call back in and they would resolve it. Fantastic customer service! I will definitely buy from them again!

This thing really runs strong and has a solid flow. I think they could have done better with the engine oil drain plug as it has little to no room between the plug and the frame of the cart but aside from that I have no complaints. It was easy to assemble and so far itโs solid.

First of all, it was delivered quicker than i was told originally. It was packaged well and there was no damage to the Pressure washer. Assembly was easy. You get the exact amount oil for it. I saved the container for ease of measuring when it is due for its oil changes. First start took a few pulls, but after that is started first pull and ran well for the hour plus i used it. It has good power and is easy to use. I bought the 3600 btw. The pressure hose is 35ft which is nice and good quality who says bigger isn't better? Doesn't kink up and was easy to coil up when i was done. I just purchased this machine. So this is all based on right out the box.

TOO Early to tell. I bought from Amazon and was a little concerned that I can not return if there is a problem. Before buying on Amazon, I went to Home Depot and Walmart. Neither had the Westinghouse in stock. I should have gone to my local Lowes as they had one in stock. I have the WXP 3600 Gas Pressure Washer. Installation was easy. Followed all suggestions before starting and it started right up. I used for about two hours. Performed perfectly. I did notice as I was wiping clean that black paint has already burned off by the pump. Not a performance issue but I was suprised. My prior pump was a Harbor Freight and has worked for 15 years. I am hoping for the same life out of this unit. I mainly use for car washing, driveway/sidewalk/ House cleaning. Today I used for the first time with the Clog Hog Sewer jet to clean out kitchen sink flush out pipe. I will now start doing this every 6 months to a year.
