After the first one was set-up, it was impossible to get volume to work. I trouble shooted with their support-it was a no go. So I returned it and got a second one-which seemed to work-sorta'. Being a Youtube Tv customer, I inherited a Spectrum TV service with Xumo with my new condo HOA. The combination of the two services is a match made in tv hell.....real crap compared to the straight forward simplicity of Youtube TV. After way too much time trying to figure out how to get real simple tv without jumping through a bunch of Xumo self promotional hoops, I sent the second tv back. Guess I'm just not smart enough to figure this tv out, but I made the decision to move on and get a basic smart tv that acts the way a tv should-without the tediousness of this set-up. The second tv was probably Ok-the software set-up just plain sucks in my opinion. ... show more

Satisfied with the tv. But in the photo I received, the tv appests to have been thrown onto the porch. Actually laying on top of a childs bicycle. There was room to have placed it otherwise. Not very impressed.

I installed this in my pop up camper and I feel its the perfect size. Be aware it WILL need an inverter to work on 12V. Not all TVs require one, but they are much more expensive. The sound as others have mentioned is in the low side so I will be looking into some small speakers. Additional note: This TV does not play well with Android Bluetooth. If your wifi signal is weak it will not properly cast from a phone giving you audio only. I bought a Type C to HDMI cable and hope to try that method. ... show more
