The tv works great i got this TV as it still has the RCA plugs which are getting harder to find for my Wii console. Very happy with the unit. What I am disappointed with is with Amazon not following directions right on my shipping i said not to ship USPS as they do not deliver to my Address here on the Big Island of Hawaii only to a PO Box they know this and shipped it USPS anyways this was a problem as i had to rush down to the USPS on the day the tracking said it was there in order for it not to be lost in the mail this was a big headache. They could have just said they could not send and i could have used my PO Box address avoiding all these problems. Overall great tv though and would recommend has great picture and sound.The small down side is the menu is sluggish especially the Xumo app this is an issue that should be addressed in future releases. ... show more

I am age 81 and defeated by technology. I bought this TV on price and size and brand name. I'll skip the nonsense of connecting the remote to the tv via the verizon cable box, which was enough to put this on the sidewalk, but which did get solved, and come to the worse part, getting audio out of the arphone jack into either earphones or external speakers, which are separately powered. I do this all the time, export audio via the earphone jack, but not here, and after much agita, got to a telephone support person via Amazon, who said the jack I thought was audio output, was not, which made sense b/c the earphone jack didn't fit right anyway, and the USB-A jack also didn't fit right, so bah humbug to you, I will find some other tv manufacturer, there are many, and so what is that jack anyway, and oh BTW, this device has NO on-board buttons, so lose the remote and you lose the tv bah humbug to you ... show more

I purchased this for an elderly neighbor. She is having difficulty adjusting to the new style remote and she claims the set has unexplainably gone dark. Otherwise it has a good picture and sound We may need to return because of the remote issue..
