The unit did not come with the mounting bracket for the outside unit. It did not come with the lines for hooking up the unit. I am completely unhappy with this. Buy Bosch or some other good brand. Don’t waste your money and time.

This came well packaged and installed as stated. Works great in my home garage gym. Quiet and nice. Came with 25ft of line and not 15. So that was a plus. The price was definitely right.

    • Parts are hard to get
I’ve had my mini split for less than a year when the program board on the outside unit burned (probably electric surge). I’ve waited 3 months for the first technician to get the part but always had another reason why it hadn’t come. He even told me if I’d ordered the unit through them, they could have gotten it within a month. Because I ordered through Amazon there was no definite time frame. Finally gave up and tried another technician. Waiting on parts to come from overseas …. I gave this 3 stars because it worked great until this. ... show more

    • I didn't reveive the complet border.
Received the inside part came undamaged ,the outside part was damaged refused came back two days later and the instillation kit was not received . Got a 20% refund for damages on the out side unit but still did not receive the instillation kit.

Was installed by professionals and heat pump is not working correctly and ac will not cool a 500 sq foot room, it works when it fells like working. Heat pump will not stay on long enough to heat room
