Needed these for summer family visit. ( 2 four year olds and 2 six year olds). Appropriate for smaller 4 year old.. She was able to handle it, balance on it , and control speed. She loved it.

This scooter was easy to unfold and adjust. It was packaged well. I bought two. The 5 year old caught on quickly to riding, the 3 year old could probably do a little better with a scooter with a wider foot base, but I think it is an age thing No problems with these scooters so far.

All that matters is my granddaughter loves it. She’s out riding it at 7 am if her folks let her. I have a couple of these in my garage for grandkids to ride, but I heard her tell her Dad how muck she wanted one for home too.
